This place is crazy. $10 for a shake? You must be kidding. It was good but not that good. For $10 I can buy two tubs of ice cream at the grocery store and make my own shake. Surprised this place hasn't priced themselves out of business.

Buyer beware in my opinion don't get the grilled cheese sandwich it's not melted cheese it's cold cheese on bread .) I have a picture of the sandwich you will not believe it and will post later.. 1st time eating here at this location was visiting in Las vegas. Inside the Allante Hotel casino. Johnny Rockets smelled good as soon as you stepped inside their restaurant. So I ordered a chocolate milkshake with a grilled chicken sandwich and I asked them to put the mayo on the side. French fries also. The fries were good and hot the chicken sandwich was tasty I'm glad I did not put the mayo on my sandwich because after looking at it in that cup the edges of the mayo were hard and crusty like it had been sitting out all day which means I might have gotten sick from it.after looking at it I am so glad I didn't add it to my sandwich. Shame on you Johnny Rockets that could have really been an upset stomach waiting to happen . Need to be more careful especially with mayonnaise sitting out all day and this definitely had been sitting somewhere uncovered and not at the right temperature that it should be. In my opinion. "You also sold my guest a grilled cheese sandwich that wasn't grilled the bread had been toasted on the grill with no butter and then you put the cheese on it after the bread came off of the grill which means all of that cheese didn't melted I could literally count the slices after you had cut it in half and I felt it and the cheese was just cold it was straight out of the refrigerator that is not a grilled cheese shame on you. I had to ask for my money back on that sandwich grilled cheese is just what it says grilled cheese it should be melted when served. Will not eat at this location in the near future. So disappointed.

Terrible! i got a cheeseburger with avocado, it was so dry and crunchy! the grill must be filthy! i tried to eat the avocado and i could not even break it with my teeth or hands, it was a strange color and smelled funny. Then there was no toothpick on the top like there was in my family members. As i was eating i came across the toothpick inside the burger!!! thank god i found it in time! the guy at the register was not friendly at all, never coming back!

Very good burgers and A Plus service! Located in the Aliante Food Court, adjacent to the movie theatres. I got a tasty burger cooked to order by Karen, and Matthew was a Tremendous server with a great attitude! Great Job by both. Thanks to a tip by Matthew, he told me that sodas from Johnny Rockets are allowed in the movies. He gave me a refill for the show! He was right. Recommend!

My wife went to the one in Aliante Casino. I had the double cheese burger with onion rings. Wife got a regular cheese burger. She also got regular fries and I got loaded fries. The wife got a drink and I got an Oreo shake, which was good. The price was very high ($32) Everything was make fresh. Burgers were good and so was my loaded fries but my wife's fries were very overdone. I am sure they would have made new ones but she did not want to wait. Be aware if you order fires. It is a HUGE portion, enough for two. We will go back, but not often because of their prices.

Love Johnny Rockets. Been to the original many times. This franchise did not disappoint. We always order chili cheese fries and chili hot dogs. So delicious! The portions are quite large. My favorites are the onion rings. This past Thursday, I also ordered a burger with chili for the first time. I ate the whole thing! It was delicious. The service is great. The young man who was working at about 11am was great. The only reason I didn't give Johnny Rockets 5 stars is because it's kind of expensive. I still love this place.

Waited 26 minutes for 3 burgers, 3 fries, and 3 drinks. My burger had massive layers of mayonnaise on top and bottom bun that was thicker than frosting on most cakes. Ended up scraping off half the toppings onto a napkin. Not worth the wait and certainly not worth $57

I have quite a few things to say,Their service is TRASH as f**** they don't listen to what you want and they forget your food. I wanted a refill and this b**** said to get in line. You're just too lazy to refill it or you're just being a big ole bitch??Their food is dry, their fries are cold, their chicken is dry, the list can go on. You might as well drive your a** to In-N-Out for a cheaper and better burger. Or even walk to TGIF for better service and food.This place is honestly the last place you should go if you're hungry. If you're hungry and you eat here and say it's good you're a liar bc anything is good at this point

Burger was dry, no flavor and over cooked. Fries were soggy, the cheese taste super artificial. Most importantly poor a** service. Never had a bad experience ever this is a first. Guy posted on the picture with glass has no type of customer service and rude. This is the last place you should chose to eat no matter how hungry you are.

Me and my husband went to go see sound of freedom, Before we stopped here to get a bite to eat. MATHEW was amazing. We sat at the bar top and had good conversation with him. Asking us how our day was and what brought us to Aliante. He made the best Oreo milkshake, our burgers and fries were amazing as well. He truly went over the top with his customer service. It was so nice to have someone in this industry truly care about their job and their customers!
