Was nice before, good food quality, customer service was good, just seemed recently after they remodeled the store is almost architectural similar to a "Home Depot". Just seems more of the "Home Depot"/ "99cent store"/ "Raidersgate" of KFC's in the North Las Vegas area. You see a KFC, you go to a KFC, you expect a KFC. Figured because we're in the United States of America it would be a KFC not "PFC". Would like to rate more stars next time.

So I'm a cancer patient and I was having a good day for NASCAR and in mood for KFC .well my husband brought home food but part of mashed potatoes and gravy missing,he drove all the way back to get it and managrr was rude and even and even said f..k .you to my husband when he was leaving.were not hard up to steal mashed potatoes,he was trying to make a good day for me and got that treatment.im so sad by it and appalled, that's not a manager.i will keep contacting corporate for this .don't go to this KFC . unprofessional, rude,ghetto..need new manager !

Super annoyed with this location and would love to speak with the store manager. Showed up for my pick up order at 10:11am; doors completely locked at they are supposed to open at 10am. Went through the drive thru and immediate answer to order; so why aren’t your doors unlocked? They even saw me try and didn’t even attempt to come over and unlock the doors. This is just extremely unprofessional of a company and store manager if you are reading this; you need new employees who actually do their job.

Recently went to get an 8 piece family meal. I was giving all old food. My biscuits were rock hard my Mac and cheese was cold and chicken was extremely Dry my mashed potatoes and gravy were the only thing that was edible. Wasted $30 on KFC just to order a pizza so my kids could have something to eat. I tired calling the store and no one would answer the phone.

Let me share.I ordered a 3pc dark.Biscuit-Hard as a brickI couldn't tell which piece was original and which was crispy they were both soggy from the grease, when I say soggy, I mean so soggy that I was afraid to finish it due to high blood pressure.Buffalo Ranch and Ranch sauce was old. How do I know? Well I've never had a coat on the top of the sauce that was a different color than what was under it.It didn't want to share this but the floors are nasty as well.Let's get it together KFC!!!!I'm so hungry right now. Stay away from this location. I give them a try about once a year to see if it's improved and this will be the last time. The whole location inside and out is filthy with trash everywhere. The food was burnt and overcooked, with a slimy texture. The employees act like they don't want to be there and have an attitude. I'm writing this 1 hour after eating a 2 piece and feel like I am about to throw up. Just avoid this location

I order a three piece meal,,after the cashier took my payment she then informs me they don't have the chicken I ordered so I say ok give me a small side and im happy so the cashier radio the manager and she say no I can only get what she had the manager then comes out and tells me I'm not about to argue wit u throws the chicken bag on the counter and walked away,,after that I said to the cashier I'll take a refund which will take 3 to 5 days to be put back,on my card,,poor customer service from a so called manager,,smh
