Service keeps getting worse as the years go by. The more they pay these kids, the less they work. I waited 30 minutes in the parking lot for a drive thru order. When I went inside to see what the holdup was another gentleman mentioned that it took the staff about 20 minutes to even acknowledge that he was there and to take his order.

Just went to this location was looking forward to trying the new Mac and cheese chicken wraps, stood at the counter for about 5 minutes no one acknowledged me, didn’t welcome me or say hello or we will be with you soon, nothing at all they just acted like I didn’t exist so I went over to Carl’s Jr and got helped right

Arrived at the Drive-thru at 10:09 am, waited a few minutes and then a voice came on and told me to come back in 5 minutes when they opened. I asked them weren't you supposed be open 5 minutes ago....no response. So I pulled around to the parking lot, waited 5 minutes and went inside to place my to-go order of the 8 hot and spicy wings and a small green beans, paid and then I was told it was going to take 15 minutes for the wings!At 10:30 I finally got my food. Either they were having a very bad day or their employees and leadership are totally inept.I didn't even get an apology for the wait. Very disappointed in my experience today ?.

They messed up my order so poorly, i ordered a large mac and cheese, 2 biscuit, french fries, a dr pepper and a diet pepsi. Instead I got 2 large mashed potatoes with gravy, no fries, 2 biscuits, a diet pepsi, and a mt dew. If you go here PLEASE order inside and review your order over a good 3 times.

The worst chicken I ever had in my all life ? ??. It was raw, I think they use ??? way too small. And the service... they don't even know that word.
The food was okay but the customer service was so bad and the attitude the cashier "Carline" had was absolutely unnecessary. She doesn't know how to count change obviously and got so mad when we gave exact change for the order and said we gave her "random amounts of change". She couldn't count and she got all irritated with doing her job. Maybe hire people who know how to count change.

UPDATE!I contacted store about missing wings. Manger apologized and took my name for 2 wings. She then said for my troubles she will be changing my 2 wings to a 3 wing combo.Extra crispy chicken was a little well done. The sides were great. Their iced tea is bomb. The only complaint I have besides my chicken being overcooked is they left out my two wings.

Definitely don't recommend it. Chicken tenders, fries and chicken sandwich were cold and definitely not fresh. The cole slaw was the best thing we got. Asked for honey and butter for the biscuits but of course they forgot to give them to us.
