I love their spam masubi, it's not fancy but it is delicious. I've also ordered (on doordash) their chicken katsu, bbq beef, bbq chicken, and Mahi Mahi; they always taste delicious! I also recommend their mac salad. I mainly come here for their masubi, so check other reviews for more thoughts

“Disgusting”7.99 for a bbq bowl and they gave me 6 dollars worth of rice and a 1.28 worth of meat. Meat was not chewable almost choke. And lumpia was not worth it. Do not spend your money or time
This establishment has gone down a lot in the past year. The chicken Katsu exterior is soft and soggy now as though the meat was wrapped in wet paper towel . The chicken meat is fatty, used to be nice and crunchy with solid pieces of meat, now you get yesterday's trimmings . The burger is even worse. They use frozen patties that are the cheapest meat you can buy from Walmart and shrink, the meat is a 70/30 mix would be my guess, very bland with no real crust. They put lettuce and tomatoes on it cut by what I can only guess is a blind man using only his elbows to hold the knife, uneven and overly large cuts with still the heart of the tomato still attached. Would not recommend until they up their chef game and get a new one or retrain who is cooking now. We have had takeout and delivery multiple times over the last few months thinking it was the time of day, or the day itself being a busy Friday and each time we give them another chance excusing the prior issues and mistakes has now lead to many disappointments for lunch and dinner. Sad but I think this was my last time giving them a chance. You can get much better food at other locations.

I don't know if it was me, but the rice was a bit off the day I went. Absolutely no flavor. Maybe it was me, or maybe they forgot to add seasoning and more gravy on the Loco Moco. Other than that, great food and great people to deal with.
I usually eat here at least once a month for years. However, the last 3 visits were bad. I'm not sure what happened after covid, but it's been downhill since then. The quality of the meat has gone down, but prices went up. The last loco moco I ordered was so bad like something was going rotten that I threw it out. The short ribs are so fatty that it's more work than it's worth. It's a shame. I used to love this place.

Went here to order 2 spam musubis thought I'll give this place a second chance but i definitely regret my decision . Found this while i was eating and lucky i didn't choke and caught it before I swallowed it. It seems like it's a piece of sharp metal from a can ? Not coming back here anymore

Their meat is so chewy it feels like chewing a rubber. We tried this restaurant today and this is the worst quality I have eaten in Vegas. The bbq beef is like a rubber tastes like old meat. Chicken katsu was so dry and hard. So much rice. The price is not worth it. Try somewhere else. Wasted our money on this restaurant. So disappointed!
Food here is fresh and hits the spot. Ordered the L&L Saimin, side of macaroni salad and can't leave here without eating the poke. :-). Will be back.

Food was completely cold. Inedible and owner denied giving the order to the Uber Driver Meghan. Meghan waited on the order fir 10 minutes plus and it was poorly prepared, packaged and truly a health threat due to food temperature. This order was through Postmates. The worst cusservice ever from Uber Eats.

I love L&L, I eat at different locations all the time. After I purchased food the cashier told me I couldn't sit down and eat. Honestly, it felt racially motivated. I could understand if it was at night but it's 5:28pm. Very unprofessional staff wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. If you look like me then you'll probably have to eat in the car.

I went in 330 pm, ordered my regular mini chicken katsu simple then even before i sat down , they said my food is ready im like i smelled something is off. theres two more people after me ordering and thank me i didnt make a scene. so when i check my food its fuckin cold like Alaska cold. i support your new business, this is the 2nd time it happened to me with the same new owner branch then youd do this to me?? WTH the cashier didnt able to look at me handling it to me. NOT because im not black i cannot speak up! but this would be my last business with you.if this store closes this year im not even questioning coz look at the review jeezzzz

The meat quality is so poor !!! My husband and I both got the bbq beef plate. My first bite I had to spit up!! The taste is so gamy it’s clearly old and poor quality meat! The “salad” only consisted of the white portion of the head of lettuce, that most people throw away!! The lady working the front was nice but that’s about all I can say about this place. We wasted over 50 bucks.. had to throw everything away. Our trash can had an expensive dinner. Save your money and go someplace else!!!!!!!!!!!!
