I ordered online and before I even got there it was done and I was only couple blocks away and I got 15 pizzas. Davionce (excuse the spelling) was amazing! There was an issue with one of the pizzas and he made sure it was corrected quickly. Great job!!!

I ordered way in advance 11am and was told my pizzas would be ready by 3:35 I arrived on time and did not get my pizzas until 4:45 !!! If it wasn’t for the nice guy at the front register who was very apologetic I’m sure everyone would have asked for their money back !!! Do better because that was ridiculous!!!

I spent $45 for pizzas with ZERO sauce on every pizza…barely any cheese on a cheese pizza…pepperoni pizza is burnt. The supreme pizza I created is absolute trash! There’s no sauce on it. There is 4 pieces of the “supreme” pizza that have nothing on it but sparse cheese. The cheese is a nacho type of cheese instead of the correct mozzarella cheese. I asked for bell peppers and it was only on two slices. It’s like you ran out of toppings and had to scrape up the bottom of the containers to give me the scraps that you had left. The crust is supposed to be a stuffed crazy crust. It’s not. I spent $21 on a pizza that should go in the trash. This is the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. The breadsticks were dry. The sauce for the breadsticks was left out. And the butter garlic sauces that I paid for weren’t given to me. There is a time where a mistake or two is pretty much a given. But this is just total chaos. NOTHING was correct. I want my money back. I called the restaurant and I spent 16 minutes being transferred to people that didn’t answer and then I got disconnected. I mean, even the fact that just trying to CALL to get this worked out was so complicated and difficult blows my mind. I want my money back so hard!! This is the worst order I’ve ever had.

CLOSE IT DOWN/GO SOMEWHERE ELSEWorkers are rude, specially at night. They fail to meet food quotas and it’s not just because of a lack of workers, the workers I see are always messing around in the back. Food is almost always dry and unappetizing.Sauce shelve is never stocked with sauces and wait times are crazy.It’s not the area that is all that bad, compare the reviews of this place to Starbucks or Roberto’s Tacos and you’ll see that this place is horrible.
