Terrible food, terrible service. Ordered pizza and pizza puffs. Pizza was disgusting and we didn’t get the puffs at first. Waited a long time to receive the puffs. All the food was gross and customer service was terrible. Never eating here again.

Terrible experience ordered online, had a million pizza boxes just sitting out and getting cold. Ask why they weren’t using the pizza heater thing ( I’ve never done a pick up order and received it cold sitting on a counter with a million boxes) they said it wasn’t working. Everyone was refunding their pizza. I don’t even wanna talk about the size of the pizza puffs. Literally reheating my pizza as I type this.

Worst service ever received. Place the order online and when we picked up I was missing 2 pizzas. Employees were fighting customers, the manager was fighting with customers. Really bad place.

Why does this place NEVER stock the drinks despite having pallets in the back? Also app tells me it'll be a 20 min wait, I ended up waiting a HOUR. What a joke

I got the puffs and the first time they were delicious. This time it seems like they're pre-made and sitting in the back under a light. They were old like they've been sitting in the box for hours. No butter no parm, just box cheese and sauce

This place don't even deserve stars. People here acting like they're miserable like I get but hurry up waiting for more then 30 minutes for an order that we placed an hour ago. They shouldn't even be working if they are working with that attitude.

WASH YALL DAM HANDS WHEN YOU MAKING PEOPLE FOOD!!! PEOPLE ON THE CASH REGISTER HANDLING THE CASH REGISTER AND MONEY THEN GOING IN THE BACK THINKING NO ONE IS WATCHING, TOUCHING PEOPLE FOOD!!. I went off on the cash register guy for doing this and it wasn't even my food. I watched a guy come in and order a cheese pizza and he left because the guy said it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. So when the customer stepped outside to wait, I saw the Cash Register guy go to the cheese with no gloves and no hand washing and he dunked his hands in the cheese and put it on the pizza dough. He didn't think any one was looking or paying attention. Maybe he been doing this and no customer ever checked him for it. I immediately said "hey what are you doing, you didn't wash your hands" and as usual, these people always get mad at the customer for checking them, instead of saying; "My apologies, I forgot, thanks for correcting me and I will wash my hands now". These people just cant bring themselves to humble themselves and admit when they are wrong. I have been to place like Subway and corrected a person for not washing their hands or putting on gloves when making my sandwich. That person simply apologized and washed their hands then put on gloves and we carried on in a friendly nice conversation because I realize these people can be stressed and forget. The Subway worker did not give me an attitude about correcting them but here at this Little Ceasers, the cash register guy gave me an attitude. I hope management is reading this. I notice this store has cameras that are watching the customers, you need to put the cameras on the workers and see how the nasty ways they make customers food. This Little Ceasers is in one of North Las Vegas best neighborhoods surrounded but half a million dollar homes and new construction everywhere. This store should be giving us top quality, high quality food. Please tell your workers to stop acting so complacent and to wash their hands when making people food before I call the inspectors. next time I see this. Also the cash register workers are not suppose to be making the food when someone is back there.

Tried this location twice. 1st time the pizza was delivered cold. 2nd time the bread sticks were covered in sauce and cold. The pizza was cold and an item I ordered was missing. Tried calling to get a refund for the missing item and spent minutes on hold. Won’t be ordering from here again.

After waiting in a long line to order, I finally get to the counter and the guy say I’m sorry we’re only accepting online orders. I’m sorry but that should have been indicated to the customers prior to waiting. Everytime I go there, they have a different way of doing something. NEVER AGAIN! I would go home a make a pizza or drive to the other side of town for dominoes before I step foot in that place again. 3/23/24 6:30pm ??‍♀️

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTSHorribly ran location. Found out the hard way today that they do not always put items in their pizza portal and you have to go ask for the order that you were originally instructed to pick up in the portal.What really irked me was when the restaurant was EMPTY, I was standing in the corner near the pizza portal with my phone in hand. Dude at the register with the beanie on, who isn’t wearing ANY little Caesar’s insignia or anything looks at me, doesn’t say anything and walks away.I’m waiting around 8 minutes past my pick up window before I hear a customer tell another customer “oh yeah you gotta ask them for the pick up orders because they don’t always put them in the pizza portal”.Sure enough, when dude with the beanie walks back to the silver table where they cut and box everything, my order is there with BOXES of other orders that they weren’t putting in the pizza portal.But it’s the lack of awareness that your employee can look at me, clearly waiting for pizza, and not ask me if I needed anything. It would be one thing if a bunch of people were working the front, but it was just him. He saw me walk in, sees me standing around, and says nothing.I’m under the assumption my order would be in the portal. That’s how I ordered it. You would hope your staff would either put the product in the portal or recognize that a customer waiting in your lobby might be waiting for the food that you said would be put in the portal. Nothing on the app said “pick up at counter”. It said, here’s your portal code, look out for your name.Food wasn’t hot when I got home.Please for the love of anything you find good in those world, take the drive to a different location. The owner needs to do something different because whatever the process is currently is not working.

The worst place to order a pizza! Unfriendly team, especially the "managers" who know only how to be disrespectful. They took the "Crazy Bread" out of the garbage for my customer, as I am fortunately only a delivery person, which an angry customer had previously returned because it looked like it had been eaten. The team, which are literally just kids can't keep up with their orders, occasionally eat a slice of pizza and have no idea about anything.

The worst Little Caesars Location ever. Cold food, waiting 45 minutes and manager is rude! Manager is yelling on the phone. Doordash delivery driver are treated very badly in front of the customers. Already eaten pizzas are delivered to customers and doordash delivery driver. Kitchen completely filthy. Manager is on the phone with airpods and doesn't even listen to the customers. During the time I was there, several customers came in who also complained. Outrageousness. I will never eat here again. Close this little Caesars down before someone gets food poisoning.
