I gave this location 3 attempts .. management is terrible always yelling at training employees. They won't kick out be homeless people that are harassing people but they will tell someone that paid they can't get a refill on their drink. I would rate this location zero because of the poor management. Whoever is the owner of this location please seriously take a look at this location it's trash.

Morning crew is great! Night crew is HORRIBLEWrong order, horrible staff. You would think a company worth this much money would hire at least some decent people. No regard for customers using profanity in front of kids. I didn't even bother bringing up my order was wrong. Stop at your own risk! Mickeys D'z.... DO BETTER!!

I am a regular customer at this Pacific locati.Come through this drive through 3 To six days a week! Within the past 6 Matt. I've been diagnosed with heart failure and renal kidney failure.I did dialysis 3 days time. I wasn't in the hospital. I was in there for a long time. And I lost my apartment. I couldn't afford it no more. I couldn't work no more! So now I'm homeless in my car.Haven't renal kidney failure?Has has been hell to say the least?Anyway.Anyway, I didn't have no money today.I messed on myself And they wouldn't let me use the bathroom because I didn't buy anything today but there's a law Which is the Americans with disabilities?Act that says they have to allow me to use the restroom because of my diagnosis and my medical conditions.The whole staff and the manager mocked me and just smiled. I tried to show her my McDonald's account to where I come here as many times a week as I say she wouldn't look at it. She just kept stand in there. Smiling like she was doing somethi. Our character was terrible and it was so dishonorable to watch another human being treat a sickly. Human being like this, who is actually disabled. And needed the bathroom to probably maintain her disabilities problems.The whole staff that was on duty should be ashamed of themselves.Because I never know what another person is going through if they're not walking through their shoes.Wheelchair accessibility: They may have real charge accessibility.They have no sympathy for people with medical disabilities.Pretending to have to use the of the laws that supposed to protect people like me and my disabilit's against the law and criminal for them.To treat me like this and I want them held accountable

Sat in drive thru waiting on the order for at least 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous for a orange juice, a big breakfast and a sausage egg mcmuffin. I was doing deliveries and hindered my ability to make money. Not getting any tip for an order that took so freaking long. Second location just this week that took over 30 minutes for a delivery! Don't go here in the early morning you will likely experience the same long wait.

sloppy big Mac. old cooking greas on fries nugget and fillet fish paddies asked for double not tartar they put tartar and side dished one filled in a salad container no sauce for nugget happy meal no sauce for twenty piece and had all items and on receipt right and no tartar sticker said no tartar.and it was slow in store and drive thru act like no training at all plus at 615 for 15 minuets guy kept messing with card reader acting he had to reset under table at Dr thru window wonder doing undoing card reader for theft
