I had ordered a double QP and I only received a single. Also the meat was salty. That was unusual. For my drink I ordered an orange Hi C, and I received an Orange juice. I think they need to be able to better Manage their own Duties, and Have Better Commication skills.

I would give 0 stars if I could!!! I’ve been in the drive thru now for 16 minutes behind 2 other cars. I was never helped at the speaker. Only 1 car has moved up the entire time I’ve been waiting. Definitely the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had in Las Vegas BY FAR!!! Not sure if management is aware of how pitiful their store is being ran but they need to know and it needs to be addressed ASAP

Ordered a breakfast here and oh my goodness lol, I sat in the drive thru for almost 15 to 20 minutes waiting for an order that I placed from the app 10 minutes before hand.(thinking that would speed things up) The pancakes, eggs, and sausage were wildly warm at best, biscuit was cold, the coffees were a mess, and the overall experience was kind of a joke. No one communicated to me what was going on and when I asked someone, I got a puzzled look and zero verbal response. Now I’ve gone to a few McDonald’s in Las Vegas in the recent weeks and it’s gone from bad to worse. Who ever owns these particular franchises should be ashamed and corporate McDonald’s needs to be aware the state of these locations.

The girl working at the second window was very nice, but there were two boys playing at the drive thru mic, he got everything wrong (somehow) after I told him TWICE what I wanted.
Today it took us 30 minutes waiting in line and 10 minutes for them to give us the order, today was not a good experience ? it's still the same, it takes them a while to take your order and they leave you waiting. A lot

Sink was full of vomit.These situations are not a one-off.McDonald’s across the nation have lost all forms any policy and procedure.Parking: McDonald’s blocks parking.near the buildings for supposed pickup. If you have any valuables in the car like us. (Traveling over the country) it’s impossible to watch your car while you wait 20 minutes for your food.

This was a decent McDonald’s. The only thing not ideal is the location. It is a little difficult to get to from the highway due to nearby construction. The food was good and the staff got it out to us quickly. The bathrooms were also mostly tidy and clean. All in all, a pretty good experience.
