Would rate it at 0 stars, horrible pick up service, people were waiting for ever with no one helping. While employees are goofing off doing nothing. Then i get cut off by some mexican lady that the workers know and they start having a conversation and sell her food under the table. The while restaurant should be fired.

Claudia was so nice she welcomed us with a a smile she made us the best french frie we've ever had at this location We asked her to make it nice and pretty And she made it perfect look at those fries we really appreciate it 10/10 service

Never prioritize on mobile ordering or in lobby orders, waited 20 minutes and it’s the 2nd time it happens in this location, asked to speak to the manager which is like a shift leader and he said they mainly worry about drive thru orders for fast service.

It used to be a good one but it fell off unsure what happened but it’s like really slow and they always forget my goddam barbecue ?️?️?️ never coming here again there’s a better one by the Air Force base that gets it done almost 2-3x faster

Giving an update to this place The new employees on the drive-thru are very nice young kids within the age 18 and 25 The shift manager in the afternoon is still the same but she changed her attitude so I give everybody a five-star thanks for the change everything is good now Don't let me catch you sleeping again

This is the worst McDonald’s in Nevada. They don’t have mobile orders the front machines or DoorDash at all. They are lazy
I came for spicy McGriddles and the employee told me “we’ve never sold those” even though the day prior I had bought some and yes this was during breakfast fyi it was on the menu lazy

So this place has 2 drive-thrus. Open all throughout the night so at eleven twenty every night The sign dude is working. It's the black dude, and I think he has one man telling you to hold on the other 1, taking your order. They only taken 1 person at a time, mind you they drive to Without the Window Out the Windowthen When You Try to Use Your App, the do act like he mad you using the app. He told me. I already used the code. I explained to him if I use the code. It would be green. Keep talking about. We'll give me the code again. And then he targeted at when I gave him the call he said, you don't gotta have no attitude. I said. How do I have an attitude? Because I'm explaining to you. How the app works. Blessings to you did it change his attitude. No, but when he did take the order and the thing went through, he said. Oh my, bad, you all need to be retrained there and whoever left you out in charge at night. I wonder why sells are down
