It could be empty inside and it could still take 15min for a simple order, or they forget about the order completely. Employees hide behind their lil wall they have at this location. Hard to ever get an Employees attention.

I've been meaning to review this location .Raul is an awesome managerhe deserves a huge reward for keepingThis location ,on point and running smoothly with no fluctuations he alwaysHas the same great attitude.
What is the purpose of being 24 hours if you are going to be canceling orders between 12-2 am. no posted notes or signs on the website saying the system will be down during those hours if you know you will not be able to serve at those hours you should emphasize

Ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meal plain it came with everything but cheese. Forgot a drink and had to go back. Gave 2 diet cokes instead of coke. Went inside to get my order after going thru the drive thru and them having me pull forward and waiting an extra 10 minutes out front so I go inside and tell them I'm waiting for my order and then they go take it out to my car , after I'm inside and already told them I was waiting.

The response given by the supervisor when I asked why they couldn't prepare a hamburger in 18 minutes was, "We serve based on the order queue." This is the worst McDonald's branch I've ever seen. And they don't seem to know how long it should take to prepare a hamburger.
