I think the staff is really wonderful they've really stepped up the young woman that helped me today she was absolutely friendly she was funny outgoing and very polite and that her job we kind of joked because my daughter likes jelly and her plain cheeseburgers and she was informing me that one of her relatives eats odd foods too but it turns out good I just think that young woman just is amazing the job has to be hard and rush rush but her and the other stuff always seem to be respectable to me friendly as if I need help sometimes they forget the sodas but I mean it's not hard to say I need a soda with my meal but it's a lot going on it's very hard busy job work there when I was young I give them 110%

Edna the manager on the late shift is so rude, rolling her eyes and neck and unprofessional. The worst I have seen at any McDonald's!!!! They forgot food and she had an attitude like it was our fault they forgot food. Wanted me to pay again, no it was already paid for. I will not go back to this McDonald's as long as she is there. She should not be in the position she is in. She shouldn't be in any customer service position period as rude as she is!!!!!!!!!!! Rediculous!!!!!!!

They still have Sugar Free Vanilla Late Hot. They're removing it from the menu which socks! Because the people who are diabetic like me; the sugar coffee was really good and now they're not selling it anymore...shame on you McDonald's!!!????

If your ordering from this store using the mobile app. Not sure why they constantly mess orders up is beyond me. Most recently, ordered iced coffee without liquid sugar, they gave a diabetic coffee with sugar. Ordered a breakfast and they decided not to include the paid hash brown. Ordered a sausage/ egg biscuit, gave me a bacon biscuit. Really, is it that hard to process orders?

I will say that my experience going through the drive thru is mostly positive. I’ve almost never had an incorrect order and food is hot and fresh.This was my first time going inside and wow, it’s horrible. Placed an order before coming to pick it up. Took about 20 minutes and the lady asked if I had gotten any drink. I tell her no so she puts a cup in their machine and then proceeds to ignore me for the next 10 minutes. I had flag another lady down for the drink. Fries were soggy and the nuggets looked like they had been left out for a day.I gave it more than one star in service and more than two overall due to my experience with the drive thru crew.

Myra, I'm pretty sure if you were waiting in a car for your food for over 30 minutes when you placed it long before you'd be upset as well. very poor service and no sense of urgency "it's okay" was the response my wife got after waiting curbside for 30 minutes. Orders placed after my wife's came out before??? and that's okay? the food wasn't even warm to the touch. the coffee? cold. on top of that the order of cookies was missing?? and that's okay? Myra then has the nerve to hang up on my wife??? when she called to ask about the cookies so my wife has to call a second time to finally have someone to bring them out?? and that's okay? I get there was a school rush but again the order was placed 8:45 am it is not 9:24 am at the time of writing this And that's okay Myra??? What a manager you are. Mind you my wife had our godchild with her in car.

The employee at the drive thru Yair denied to provide me my BBQ sauce at the window. I requested for him to provide me the sauce 3 times before he gave the sauce to me.I was asked to go to parking 1 and wait for my kids Chicken McNuggets. When I walked in to buy more sauce he was mocking me to his coworkers as I walked in the main entrance door. He’s so unprofessional and rude. He definitely needs customer service training and he shouldn’t be mocking customers. If it wasn’t for customers buying at this location he wouldn’t have a job.
