Just Awful...placed online order just to get order cancelled. Tried to call the business...nothing but answering machine. These people can't even provide the bare essentials of a food business. Don't waste your time entering all of your personal info, they can't even process an order.

The food tasted horrible like the grease had not been changed also the ranch is watery... need the staff from Jones to come over and give them some tips

First time going here and my order wasn't right. I order online as a pickup order. They charged me $3 for delivery fee. Out of five meals I only received 3 and had to wait about 30 minutes to get the rest of my order. They only had 1 cook and 1 cashier. The manager was called and I was still refunded my last 2 meals and the delivery fee. They need to hire more people with a menu like that and get their website in order. Other than that since the manager did fix the issue and the food was good I gave a 3 star ?

My burger was basic. Bland at best. Fries were ordered crispy but received soggy and undercooked. Not impressed.

So glad there's a location closer to home! Felt sorry for the young lady working by herself... that must suck! Not very safe IMHO...

We ordered our food and were told it was going to be an hour and ten minutes. It was cool cause we wanted to try it and after an hour and 40 minutes we call and find we aren't getting our order. Haven't tried the food so I can't give a 1, but the customer service is a 1.

The food was terrible. Ordered 2 14 inch pizza w chicken wing and fries and extra ranch. Dis not receive extra ranch. Pizza dough was all white as if they ran out and tried to make some. Never again

"Mr Eat'z Pizza and Ribs" I want to give this spot a better rating because, I dig the name... and the staff was beyond friendly. But man, the word "pizza" is in the secondary title and the pizza here may not be able to compete with Costco's front of the store pizza. There was maybe a 9% sauce output on a 100% ratio of ingredients And I don't think it was a an accident, I think that's just how it's made. I'm not even sure if it beats a slice from a random bowling alley. The pizza is that sad. I also got the wings, potato salad, fries and Ribs. The price was fair... BUT the wings were forgettable. The potato salad tasted store bought -- like, If you brought this potato salad to the cook-out, you would get kicked-out. The Fries... the fries were ok... And now for the Ribs: 10/10! They were soooo damn tasty. I had to check the box they were in to see if I had ordered them from somewhere else along the way back home. lol. I literally tossed everything else and ate the Ribs. And as bad as this review sounds, the ribs were so good I've contemplated going back just for a full rack. But now I see why it's called Mr Eat'z pizza AND RIBS. They saved the best for last on the title.

Decided to give this company a second chance after a very bad experience at the lake mead location. I hosted a birthday party in December , most of my attendees were sick shortly after eating. I spoke to the owner and expressed how embarrassed I was after receiving calls from my attendees asking what was in the food I served them. The owner agreed to issue me a full refund, a week later, the refund was never received and I had to file a claim with my bank. Fast forward to today, I asked for crispy wings, and if they could possibly be mostly flats. Was told no, whatever they grab from the bag. I got mostly drums, and no where near crispy. More like rubbery. There were a few wings that were severely over cooked. The pizza was like a cardboard. No sauce. Dry as can be. Just like the last time. Safe to say the consistency it's still the same at both location, but not in a positive way. I was offered to have my order remade but I had to make it there in 10 mins before they close... well that wasn't going to happen seeing it was 10 mins until closing time and we were still on the phone. I was offered a 10% discount on a future order or a call from the owner... sure I'd like to speak to him AGAIN seeing that he didn't keep his word the first time. This is extremely disappointing. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt. Thought after a couple months I'd give it a try again. What a regret, $40 later and a pile of food wasted, again.

Mood- Being Around People Who Cant Make Up Their Mind It was one of those nights, where you go thru the entire group your with for someone to pick something for the entree. I swear the game " Not it" was being played without my consent. That is where this place came into play. They have everything from Pizza, to Pasta, to Sandwiches, to Burgers , to Chicken, and even Seafood- So lets just say with that I patted myself on the back for finding this place. You call in, place your order, pay, and have the option for pick up or take out. I chose pick up. We opted for a burger, cheesecakes, cannolis, potato salad, & beef dip sandwiches. Do you see how this food doesn't even make sense to order at the same time? But I am on the island of misfit toys and obviously so are the people I am around. The food was good. I am a s***** for a good beef dip especially with cheese. There are other items on the list that I will def come back to entertain. Interior is not intended for dine in. It has a front counter and a small waiting area. Due to Covid this place def fits in with the new rules of social distancing. Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly and wearing masks. Would recommend - pricing was reasonable and portions were decent. I asked for additional sauces and the pricing was fair for the size of the cups they put my sauces in. I would recommend calling in the order opposed to online as they may be out of items. Location is Craig/ Revere - ample parking

The food was pretty good. I had the $5.00 pizza sub with mushrooms instead of pepperoni; the bread was pretty soggy. I also had small $4.00 chili cheese fries, light chili, but the cheese was overpowering. I actually like the taste of fries. The fries also could have used some salt. Although, the food was decent, the service was outstanding. The young lady who helped me was about as pleasant as they come. I was tempted to ask her if she wanted to work for the credit union I work for. Their menu is extensive. I will definitely go back to try other items.
