Today I went in for my first time after trying some other bakeries and being disappointed. I got to say the service was amazing and the quality was even better. The bread was so soft and so flavorful. It was our first time, and I know will be back within the week. I love finding a place and it being a hit !

It was my sister birthday today and we went to go pick up her cake and when we got there and the lady gave gave us the cake it was not the one we wanted the one she gave use was jus a hello kitty theme but not the one we pick out. My mother placed the order with her a the lady never informed her that she couldn't do it that way or even that she don't have the stamps for it. You could tell my sister was sad because it wasn't the cake she want. I understand if you couldn't do the design in the book but don't take our money and not say anything about not being able to do it. When I told her it was not the same cake in the book. she knew that what she did wrong and didn't say anything. And when I got my mother on the phone the lady said she would change it. lady I don't have time thats why you do it right the first time. My sister was really sad about it and I hope next time you inform your customers if you can't do a cake design. I would go somewhere else to get your cakes.
