I just can't understand how the food is under the lamp and it's old and cold. I went in before they closed and paid 25 for 2 dinners to be sadly disappointed when I got home.

Ordered through the Panda Express app, order arrived and was missing 2 of 5 bags. We attempted to contact the driver but they didn't answer. We called the store and they were very rude and said all 5 bags were picked up and we needed to contact the delivery driver. We explained the situation and the store manager said there was nothing they could do. We asked for the general manager to contact us, they took our number but we never heard back from them. Had to initiate a chargeback with the bank as we have not had a resolution from the store. Will never do business with this store again. Avoid this store as they take no responsibility for what happens.

There is nothing like going in for some fried rice and getting a side of a yelling at me employee. Monique/Monic D yelled at me for no reason. I didn't hear/understand what she was saying to me when I walked in to place my small order. It was like I annoyed her by being there. She continued to yell at me for no reason. We all have bad days, but to yell at a customer is uncalled for. This whole experience gave me a headache. Husband said he experience the same problem less than a month ago. I am not a rude customer, but I felt very unwelcome.

Love Panda! The food is Chinese/American food. It is very consistent food across the whole Chinese food chain. So if you like it, then you have to be happy that it tastes the same where ever you go. If you haven't tried it before, then give a try. Go try the orange chicken. It is their most famous dish!

Now idk why I always have an issue here cause it's not the first time. They have me waiting for Teriyaki chicken for over 10 min when it was going to take 4. Once it's out she still decided to tell me she was going to assist 2 people before me dispite the fact that I been waiting to 15 min now at this point. 7pm! Perla has a nasty vibe and attitude.
