Finally closed this one. It was the worst Panda combined with hyper slow traffic so I am not surprised at all. Food was always sitting out WAAAYYYYY too long and looked horrible. Hopefully something different goes in but Aliante food has been horrible and their customer traffic tanked once the buffet closed.

I was at the Aliante for bingo tonight and the lady was very nice . She let me know that there was more teriyaki chicken on the way so I could have fresh chicken. They were very fast and the food court was not crowded at all. All the food was very fresh tonight! I wish I could remember the lady's name. She also told me I smelled good and I did have on my good perfume!

My Cream Cheese Rangoon's were burnt to an absolute crisp. The cream cheese was burnt out. Do better.

I ordered a larger plate, was charged more yet still received less food on that plate than the regular plate. The orange chicken was the larger plate. They ripped me off.

I would give 4 stars, but they say they close at 9:00 pm. However, they close the kitchen at 8:30 pm. Meaning if you're unlucky enough to arrive at 8:30 pm you will get whatever scraps are left only. Just say you close at 8:30 pm to set expectations properly.

Got there right before they were going to close, they did a great job, and Nikita was a really really nice and friendly person. She treated me very well right before the clothes, instead of the majority of places that would treat you trash. She was very kind and gentle, and when I did everything and ordered the food and finish off and closed out the sale, I felt very very happy and very pleased with the food that they gave me. Thank you very much Nikita, thank you also for the owners that keep the place very clean, the service was very fast and easy, and in the kitchen in the service, everyone was very well knowledgeable. I really liked the place here. I’ll continue to come back and refer

This was the second time (30 minutes after opening) that there was no ice in soda dispenser & no Dr Pepper. You really pay these people to open your store,train them,fire them or don't bother to open. Fortunately there are alternatives.
Y'all should only come here if you guys like waiting 30+ minutes for some fake a** Chinese food. This location sucks, service sucked, the food quality is so bad. Even after waiting 30 minutes my food is cold as Mt. Charleston during winter. Don't waste your time or money here, go to a different location, or maybe just eat somewhere else.

Since I play at the casino , I have been at this Panda Express many times . Sometimes it's fine , other times they only have one person doing the cooking , serving , cleaning , and cash register ( all at once ). Today I ordered a plate of two proteins and said I'd pay more and they gave me a 4 0z red container of chicken ( see picture ). I explained I ordered something else and they just stared at me . No One apologized .. no one said , please let me get this right for you . They simply stood there staring at me like I was speaking another language . Everyone is English speaking so it's not that . I offered to pay more .. it wasn't about the money . Just poor customer service and not welcoming . I will give two stars. Was going to give one but it's hit or miss with that place .

Did take out. What I took home was very good.
Vegetables not ready, no rice ready. Why open?
