I ordered a medium pizza customized and garlic knotts.. both were cold the cheese looked like plastic and all the seasoning on knotts fell off onto the tray.. I ordered at 6:10 pm it left store at 6:26 pm it is a 8 minute drive to my house from location but it got to me at 7:10 pm.. I tried to call the store for refund and i literally have been on hold the first time for 17 minutes then I hung and called back and no one said hello or anything and threw me back on hold for 11 minutes.. as we speak I’m still on hold and it rings back to the store and the put me on hold again.. I have screenshots to prove! I want my money back! Nothing else! Thank you

The pizza was eh. It was cold and not cut. Sucked. I watched the people touch their noses and faces than touch the pizza. And the dough hit the pizza makers shirts. It was very cramped because of b-day. The hygiene was bad no gloves. They were throwing the messed up pizza under the oven not in the trash.... Could of given it the homeless...

I called to make an order and when I went to pick it up the employee had canceled it for no reason and without telling me, I drove for 20 minutes, his attitude was horrible and unacceptable. I had to leave without pizza.

Ask to speak with a General Manager..Whoever they had answering the manager line, was NOT professional. First thing, we ordered a large stuffed crust sausage pizza, garlic bread sticks, and Buffalo wings....Delivery driver had to call me because he was too lazy to look at the box for a Patio code.. He said they don't give us Delivery instructions, funny cause it's right on the box.. Then he hands me 2 soaking boxes, come to find out its garlic parmesan sauce leaking from every corner, more of the sauce got on our pizza( which made it soggy) then it did on our breadsticks. I tried to call for a refund or fresh pizza, but "the manager" is slacking!I'll be calling in the AM

I worked for doordash tonight (Christmas) & need to say this store went above and beyond for their company and their customers. They were beyond slammed and running out of food but never once were rude or unprofessional to any of us waiting for food and rushing them. There were times when I wanted to go back and help them. They kept working with a smile and need to be recognized for their work. Especially on a holiday when they should be home with their family. They deserve a bonus or an award at the least. I would like to thank Jeon, Justin, Mark, and Nicole and few who's names I couldn't get. You all are amazing ?

Had to call to order. Online ordering is a mess for Papa John's, counter-intuitive, no help available, and placing the order just keeps on going in circles, to reviewing... I would have set up and account and ordered more often because I like their pizza, but this is BS.

I haven't had papa john's pizza in forever but it still tastes basically like how I remember. I got a small original crust cheese pizza. I actually like the dough.. texture and taste. Along with their sauce, whatever cheese they use and overall flavor. A special garlic sauce cup is still provided in the box so I'm happy about that! It compliments the pizza so well. And still those "pepperoncinis" you get too. It took about 40 minutes from the time of ordering to be made and delivered and they use door dash. Pizza came warm still. One of my favorite cheese pizzas I would say. Thankful to try this again after years thanks to God and I would order again if and when I can.

THIS PLACE DOES NOT DELIVER FRESH FOOD OR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered pizza online tonight and got a text @ 543pm saying my pizza was on the way. I call the store around 620pm and they know who I am as soon as I say "I planced an order online." My pizza was STILL AT THE STORE, although papa johns tracker stated ELDON delivered my food. The GENERAL MANAGER MARK offered to remake the pizza and give me a call when it left the store. No other service recovery offered but I accept because we wanted pizza. Here it is at 720pm, AN HOUR LATER, and I'm just getting my pizza... CLEARLY THE SAME PIZZAS THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING AT THE STORE SINCE 543PM! It's cold! AND the spicy garlic sauce I paid extra for is MISSING. I'm sorely disappointed and honestly should get REFUND. I just called the store but of course, Mark has gone home. Terrible.
