When I called with a complaint from another store, he swiftly stepped in, thinking outside the box and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills. I wholeheartedly recommend that he be tasked with training others, particularly Chance from the Farm Road location, who is in dire need of coaching on delivering excellent customer service.Armando's grace and effectiveness in handling the situation have left a lasting impression on me. I'm willing to drive an extra 20 minutes out of my way, solely because of the remarkable assistance he provided. Well done, Armando!

Didn’t get any of the extra sauces I paid for! Food wasn’t delivered and I called. They claimed they tried calling me but no they didn’t. Finally a hour after original estimated time of delivery I got my food! Never again do I get from this store!

Ordered delivery from papa johns wait time was suppose to be about 30 35 minutes. Ended up receiving it about an hour later. They decided to give my order to door dash and then door dash gave it back then they delivered it. If I wanted door dash to bring it I would have ordered from door dash. Pizza was cold and the order a wrong on top of it. This establishment has gone down big time. So from now on I will still stick to what I know for pizza.

I ordered thru the app and didn’t realized the app was linked to a Papa John’s on Craig. When the order went thru I got a call within a few minutes letting me know the location wasn’t around our house and that they would refund my card and to go ahead and order at closer location. I called today just make sure the order was reversed cancelled refunded whatever you want to call it and it was. Thank you Clayton!!

I ordered pizza for my kids while I was out I received the wrong order with wrong address on it. Long story short I called manager 3 times between 8:30pm and 11pm. When I received the new order it was 12:25am. Kids were sleep and had to eat something else. When I received new order it still was wrong after manager said he was making it personally. Been ordering from this location for a long time, won’t be now.
They delivered the wrong order yesterday, on top of this there was only cheese on half the cheese sticks. I called, was told my correct order would arrive. 2 hours passed, nothing. I called again and asked for a refund with 1 confirmation email. Did not get either. The manager said the new pizza was in route and I could keep it. Didn’t happen. Never got my order, never got the confirmation email that “would arrive in 20 minutes,” never got the refund.*2 week update. Called them MULTIPLE times, each being promised the issue would be taken care of. never was. Lost $30

It is Christmas and we are all working to make money yet these employees have the nastiest attitude and also lied to me saying my order was not ready when it was sitting on the warmer. I understand it's the holiday season and we're not happy to be working but there is no need to be nasty.

I ordered the Shaq-a-roni for the first time...it was disappointing when it first arrived with only 39 pepperoni. But Clayton went above and beyond and delivered a second Shaq-a-roni with well over 60 pepperoni! So awesome. Thank you Clayton for a great experience!

I ordered a pizza on Postmates. The order was completely wrong, my drink was missing as well as my cheese, peppers, and garlic sauce. Also, my pizza did not have all of the toppings I requested and paid for and looked as if someone had just tore it to shreds. The crust was undercooked and some was missing from around the pizza... All in all, do not go here, do not order from here on postmates as they seem to be another place that does not care and will get away with not cooking the food properly for delivery services.
