This is the second time we ordered pizza from this location. First time we placed our order online about 45 minutes before we knew we would arrive so it would be ready when we got there. We arrived and the pizzas still were not made. Had to wait for them to make them. Second time we tried the stuffed pizza and it looked like a regular pizza, hardly even stuffed. We’ve always enjoyed papa Murphys pizza, but this location is sub par to all other papa Murphys we have been too. It’s disappointing.

I ordered 4 pizzas to be delivered to me. I never received the pizzas even though it said it was delivered. When I called them, they didn’t seem to care at all and said they would call me back. An hour later I hadn’t heard from them and they said they would refund me and never did! I will never go back here. The guy who is always there is not nice at all.

The purpose of pizza is for its convenience, so the idea that you have to cook it yourself is just absurb. Dont get me wrong, people that work here are nice and informative. But perhaps have a big label "cook it yourself" on your website, bc i misunderstood your advertisement when placing an online order. Overall, the pizza tasted mid despite following the instructions and it wasn't worth the extra 40 minutes to finally eat your pizza after driving and waiting for them to finish making the pizza.

I went to Papa Murphy's and bought a pizza, not knowing that you have to come home and put it in your oven. Well the pizza was delicious, I got the thin crust and I was impressed. They have specials also and I will try them again.

Very disappointed. I called in an order for 3 medium Pizzas. There was an advertisement for 2 topping medium pizzas for $6.99. When I called in to order I asked if they were $6.99 and they said yes. When I went to go pick it up the told me $45 dollars. They said they don't do the $6.99 medium 2 toppings anymore. Staff very rude. Won't ever go to the Losee and Centennial ever againFood was not even any good.

Very disappointed with our experience today. We ordered online for pickup and my son went to pick up our order. He came home with 3 pizzas, but we quickly realized that one of the pizzas was not what we ordered. It wasn't even close! I called to let them know and there was some confusion and finally we were told if we came back in they would give the correct pizza. I asked if they wanted the wrong one back and they did. My son took it back and they gave him the correct one. I thought at least an apology would occur for the inconvenience it caused, but I guess customer service isn't what it used to be. Anyway, next time I will have to make sure my son checks before leaving so he doesn't have to use the extra gas and time to get the correct order. That is if there is a next time.
