Ordered a melt and was disappointed. When you think of a melt you expect cheese but it lacked cheese, barely had any on it and it was over cooked so it dried out. Dinner sucks smh

Waited way too long to pick up my pizza. It wàs ready but no one from the back came to help the guy at the counter. Some lady walked in before me to place and order and had a million questions. I should have been in and out. By the time the 4th customer walked in they were like whoooaaa... Are we all here to pick up a pizza? So, I finally ask the manager who was slightly seen in the back if he could pass me my pizza. He was nice about it but should have been more willing to come assist. It's like he didn't care.My pizza was a remake. The first one was burnt. This one was better but not 100%. Customer service needs to be better.

The press was hard on the melt , couldn't even buy into it it was so hard. They left off ingredients on the pizza it was supposed to be a half and half and it turned out to be everything on side. We'll have to think long and hard about whether I want to go to Pizza Hut again

The pizza was very good and freshly cooked but some of the service was terrible there was a point where they forgot my food and closed (like 40 minutes before the closing time listed) but the ambience is great and the food was good the service was horrible.

We ordered two pizzas from this place and they service is very horrible not to mention they took down the order wrong left out our condiments and wi tried to call them but but they said they closeat 12am but they close down at 11pm a whole hour before they say they actually close to anyone and everyone out there thus is a horrible place do not order from thus pizza hut
Excellent customer service and and organized,staff friendly grate location in choice of a welcoming atmosphere and positive customer oriented staff now I see why no one outbreaks the hut

This place is so so so incredibly wrong for having done what they did. I was told by a disgusting rude clerk that was verbally attacking me over the phone that their was absolutely no Roaches in their boxes because they were never folded. As you can see in the above pictures their clearly was a roach underneath the food and ran out as I open the box. The disgusting rude employee proceeded to tell me that I should feed my kids and husband the food that had the roach in it. I think that is absolutely unacceptable and uncalled for. That is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting and I absolutely do not recommend this place to the public. Also the other picture shows how dirty it is around their pizza facility. BOYCOTT PIZZA HUT FOR THIS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. FURTHER MORE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. IF I DON'T GET MY REFUND IN THREE DAYS I WILL CALL THE HEALTH DISTRICT. Do not ever disrespect me or my family like that again ?

The two pieces that I received were so bad I had to end up throwing them away one of them was just like rubber where it seems like the bread was frozen the other Pizza the meat on it was so dry you can eat it and it was hacked up all different types of slices none of them the same like they took the pizza cutter and just ran it any which way they wanted to will not order from Pizza Hut again and I have been eating pizza from Pizza Hut for 50 years...Update: 6/15/2023 it has been probably about 10 months since I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut thought I would give it another try order the thin crust since the other crust I used to order was always raw and the thin crust pizza is so bad it's thinner than a saltine cracker soggy on the bottom and so hard around the edges the kids couldn't even eat it so that is it for me with Pizza Hut. It is very sad because when I was younger I used to enjoy getting Pizza Hut with my kids my kids don't even go to Pizza Hut now and they're grown and they have kids...
