It's a shame to advertise one product and sell another. The pizzas look well stocked with toppings but when you go for the pizza they only put very few toppings on it. Don't be harsh, that's why the client pays and please better customer service, Latin ladies, because I'm not asking for anything for free and if you're there it's because of the client and you should treat him well.

I’m from out of town. I placed an order for a future time. When I picked up my food, the food was wrong. They said they were busy and could offer me a credit or remake the food. I said remake the food bc a credit doesn’t help me. They said I had to wait, even though I should have been a priority, bc they had 5 other orders to make before they could remake my food. I waited bc I had no choice and when I got the food again, it was still wrong and looked worse than the first order they gave me!! I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me a refund and could only give me a credit that is good for 30 days. I told them that didn’t work for me, as I was not from the area, and that I wanted my money back. I asked for a manager and they said a manager would call me bc they weren’t available. No one has called me. I called back and the store manager is still unavailable and they said she is in a meeting and they can’t contact her for 8 hours. This is the worse experience I have ever had dealing with any pizza hut establishment and I definitely wouldn’t go to this location again if I return for another vacation.

Food is always basic never great, definitely not worth the price. It was definitely better a few years ago. Been using this store for 5 years now. Placed order online, it would not let me schedule a time other than now. Called the direct store to ask for order to be delivered at a certain time (as I have done before) as soon as I made the online order. Was put on hold by a guy twice saying they were going "to transfer me" this has never happened and no one picked up after multiple calls. I get a text saying my food is out for delivery. And all of a sudden I receive a call back after not leaving a voice message or my number with anyone or an automated service. A snobby girl blames "the call center" even tho I used there phone number not a call center as I have many times and she has my phone number at the store but I talked to "a call center". Also note that I only was able to get in touch with someone after my food was out for delivery and they called me.

I ordered the New Yorker Pizza for my kids and I. We got there within 15 minutes of ordering so I expected this to be fresh. The pizza was stale and hard, looked reheated and was terrible. It is as if it was left under the heat lamp for a whole day, that is literally how nasty it is. It is hard to believe that such a big name brand would serve such poor pizza.

Earlier this week I place an order for delivery, an hour went by without my pizza being delivered so I decided to call them. I was informed that the driver delivered my pizza to the wrong apartment and that they would have to remake my pizza and then have it delivered. I LET IT SLIDE! I didn't get mad, I didn't get upset, I brushed it off. Fast forward a few days later! I received a credit for a free pizza since they screwed up the first time. This time they delivered the WRONG pizza. NOW I'M MAD! I will never ever ever ever everrrrrrrrrrrrr give this place my money again. And considering taking legal action due to the fact that I am not receiving what I paid for AND they're only offering to give store credit. DOES NOT SEEM LEGAL.

Pizza hut is not like it used to be , not eno sauce , meatballs were sweet, meatballs are not supposed to be sweet, , not enough onion , mushrooms were good , no more free crushed packs of Chilli, good customer service
