If I could give 0 stars I would i place an order at 1700, I’m waiting for my pizza at work it never shows up or they have it to the wrong person either or I never received my pizza spent $25. Now I called the store to find out where is my pizza they keep transferring me over to another department and I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes plus just to see where my pizza is. Now I’ve tried calling the restaurant and I get cut off and transferred over to the same department I’m in hold with, I tried asking for a manager and a team member hangs up on me. This place is sad so Pizza Hut just robbed me $25 bucks.

Third time ordering from here usually they mess up by just not giving me the sauces I paid for twice but now this third time I didn’t receive a whole part of my meal called the store was on hold for 30 min never answered and this was a delivery as well pooor so pissed to have spent 60$ and not have my entire order

Pizza is nasty to me but my daughter likes it and it’s convenient for me sometimes! Hate going in and making orders because it’s always a problem especially with seantell always has an attitude and is pretty disrespectful to customer! We usually don't have an issue with the food or service from this location but tonight, when I take a bite from a Cinnabon mini and find a long dark hair in the first bite, I get pretty grossed out. This is the first time I've ever had that experience. ?? Seems to me that restaurants need to go back to wearing hair nets. Do better! I just wish I could post the picture I took of it.

NEVER ORDER HERE. I ordered at 4:30 pm and the estimate delivery time was 5:07pm. By 5:20pm I began trying to call the store but would either on hold for 10 minutes or be hung up on. Then at 5:40 our order status changed to “on its way.” However after waiting for half an hour more, by 6:10pm I decided to drive down the store location. Because I had already fed my family something else, I explained that I just wanted a full refund and to speak with a manager. I was then told that I couldn’t receive any type of credit off my next order because I had already accepted the refund. And the manager refused to compensate anything after such an awful inconvenience this had caused.

Been going here for quite some time and this time was the worst service ever this is an added note to my previous rating this place has fallen apart on service and food quality i only chose it because its the closest pizza place to my home, Pizza hut has lost its PaZazz and the pizza quality has depreciated drastically.
Ur Tropical location is best at speed, accuracy, presentation, driver customer service, app functionality and then to top this all off they're open on New Year's Day!!!! I order from them both at work and at home and they succeed every time!!!! Thank u so much from me, my husband, my 6 kids and my coworkers, u make a difference to our family and in our community! Cheers, and Happy 2024!!!!

I ordered delivery. The order came without the drink that I paid for. I called to tell them that they forgot my drinks & they put me on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up and called back. They answered again and again I told them what happened, and they put me on hold again. The call was never picked back up and I remained on hold for 45 more minutes before hanging up.

Let me start out by saying. I used to live close to the Commerce and centennial location. Now I live close to this location( tropical). And they are by far better than the one on commerce. My food is always good. Ingredients are fresh is cooked just how I ordered and they’re never rude, always polite if I get delivery or take out.
