I purchased the 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp and just got home and opened the box to the smallest serving ever. And most were scrunchies without shrimp. NEVER AGAIN....last time they forgot my drink!!!

The sandwhiches were good, but what they charge for sides is outrageous, more than $3.00 for a single scoop of mashed potatoes and a sprinkling of gravy, that's just wrong.
So I was in the drive-thru line for 5 minutes just to get to the order board and told to wait. Then once I was able to order and pick up the meals I ordered I see that one of the meals which was a 5pc tenders they only gave me 3pcs. Then after I called them to let them know the guy on the phone just sounded as if he did not care and just asked for a name to pick up 3 tender.

I came through the drive thru to order the new fish sandwich. The sandwich came as a combo for a whopping $11.00.I was pleasantly surprised by the food as my sandwich was hot out the fryer. I mean when I bit into it steam was released and I could barely chew it. I loved it. The sandwich itself was not fishy at all and came layered with tartar sauce and pickles.

After pulling up to the drive thru, I was asked to wait to place my order. I asked for a fish sandwich and was told it would be a 5 minute wait. I pulled up, paid for my order, and was told to pull up front that they would bring my order out.After a 10 minute wait, I called the restaurant to be told it was on its way out. After 3 minutes of waiting again, my order was finally delivered.By the time I got home, the fish sandwich was warm, but of course, the chicken sandwich was cold!!I guess it's too much to have 2 hot fresh sandwiches!!!
I went to the store and order a lot of food for about $57 almost 60 and of course this is a busy store it's so busy that my food was not fresh I asked for my food to be fresh I even waited. I spent a whole hour during this whole transaction and I came back home with non-fresh food. I contact the manager the manager told me to get the food from out the trash and bring it with the receipt. I spoke with the general manager, Jose, and he told me that his employee would never tell a customer that as if he was on the line when he said that. Not to mention, he laughed when I told him what his team lead told me , overall they did not solve my issue even though I asked them is there anyway they can replace half of the food this is the worst Popeyes ever and I wish I can speak to the owner of the actual store and not the general manager, because they lack customer service, as well as their team members and .

The young lady at the counter provided such good service. I forget her name, but she was an African American young lady. Such a great personality, was able to provide suggestions and got my order right. I don’t usual get good service at Fast Food places, but she changed that.

My wife and I ordered through uber eats. Told them knock don't leave it at the door or we won't get the order as there are porch pirates. So they said they left it at the door and as expected we didn't get. When we contacted the store they said the delivery driver said it was fulfilled and won't do anything about it. So basically we got ripped off and will never go back again they lost a customer that has gone there for years and they don't care.
