Ordered a sausage and egg breakfast burrito, and a carnitas burrito. Both were gross and super greasy. I was able to eat the sausage burrito, but threw the carnitas burrito away. I will never come back here again.

Huge fan of Roberto's but not this one. If you are going to serve me a grease burrito, the least you could do is be polite. The guy acted like he was doing ME a favor. This was a terrible experience.

The Roberto's Tacos at Craig and Camino al norte next to Home Depot, was a disappointment. The burrito I bought was a mixture of yesterday's frijoles and beef that appears to have been cooked in yesterday's oil. Maybe it was just a bad day, but even the tortilla was cold. One employee even asked me to wait a minute while she was on the cell phone, I know they can do better, I hope they do.

My service was awful today. The girl at the counter gave me a sideways dirty look up and down, and when I asked them for roll tacos, they asked me how many like didn’t make sense I said how many do they normally come with because I normally get rolled tacos and they normally have a set amount that they come with. I received chicken tacos that I cannot eat and they refused to refund me or change my order and the lady at the counter and the lady on the phone who I believe to be the same person was super rude and disrespectful and very difficult to work with

Ordered Carne asada fríes and they were soggy and only fatty meat. Also the salsas suck no salt no flavor at all. Had no cheese to much beans and onions in the pico de gallo. By far the worst Asada fries ever. My husband’s tacos had big chunks of onions. And the meat had no flavor whatsoever. It’s a disappointment of a Taco shop.
I always go to that particular Roberto’s. I know the food is going to be great and they are very fast.

We had googled best burrito in north vegas. We just moved here from California and had gotten our burritos from the same place for 20 years. The young lady that took our order was very sweet. A little disappointed they didn't have El Pastor and I was surprised when I bit into it that it didn't have any rice or cheese. Every place I've gone to in Cali always had it in the burritos. I know next time to ask. It was VERY good and the chips although they didn't come with the burrito sold separately I got some and I was so happy I did they were fried to order and warm.

Don't order online. They never check their incoming online orders and you will not get your food on time. Morning cook was very unprofessional and rude. If you hate your job, just quit bro. I'd give this place no stars if i could.

8/18/23 5 am order for 140$ He complained that I was there at 5:15 am I told him to take his time he for forgot 2 burritos on the order I told him it was fine to just make them we didn't know what was missing because he did not label anything what's the purpose of having to name for everyone's order when I have a team of 10 and everything was messed up didn't name a single item some of our employees our allergic to some ingredients I do not recommend it was 1 person yes but I told him to take his time he was in no rush
