I went in to buy a couple things and I saw a speaker that was on special so I grabbed one of the tickets to bring up to the register and when I got there the man who was helping us asked the lady across the registers to go and grab it but before she even knew what the product was she screamed back that they where sold out so I paid but then I decided to ask the help desk a question about there app and when I got there I explained to them "it says they there in stock but they lady...read full review
They offer pick up times that they can't meet deadlines for. Maybe don't accept orders if you know you won't be able to have them ready by the listed date/time. If you plan on doing the pick up option, you might as well just walk in and grab it yourself. I'm sure it'll be quicker. Also, customer service was very rude.
