I used to love this location and the drinks were always great and CORRECT. I go to this Starbucks pretty often, but lately during the late afternoon/night shift the drinks are either incorrect or not the best taste. I hate complaining, but it was so bad I had to drive back and ask to remake to frappes that literally tasted like water with chocolate. Isabella is the one who takes our orders. And I just hope that the orders can at least be correct.

BEWARE OF THE EMPLOYEE YISELi only come to this starbucks cause usually the people are great here and i regularly spend about 60-80 here on jusy cups and drinks and recently i came in and i took a straw topper off of one cup to put on a different cup and the lady (yisel) told me i can either buy the whole cup or not get the straw topper and keep in mind i was buying two cups two venti drinks plus snacks so i told her no an gave back the straw topper and instead of asking me what else i wanted she tried to rush us out of the store so i had to stop her and tell her that we also want drinks and then she didn't even clarified if my drink was supposed to be hot (even though it is served hot) and made it iced. i was so upset and off put by her HORRIBLE attitude that i just left but i will never be back ti the starbucks again. i'll go get my cups and drinks from the one up the street. they have a better selection anyways.
So we walked in since the drive thru was 20 cars deep. We walked in and ordered really quickly as there was no line. However, our drinks came out about 20 minutes later. I understand the at the drive thru is important but so is the customers on the inside. I only ordered a tall hot chocolate, venti white chocolate mocha frappe and 1 venti ice water. It took 20 minutes to get those 3 items due to the drive thru being backed up. The staff were nice but not once did they check up on us, like can we help you etc... It was not a great experience for me and I don't think we'll be back!

This is the 3RD NIGHT I come and the espresso machine is down only at NIGHT! There is a huge line so once your in line your stuck there until everyone gets their orders! The morning espresso machine works just fine but once it's close to closing time it's not working.! They don't put a sign up where the menu is, they don't tell you until you get to the window to pay! Worst customer service!!! Definitely done coming to this starbucks!

Shoutout to KAT on this monday morning. She's awesome, very patient, professional. She got my regular Matcha frappe with 5 scoops of matcha and no whip to the tea. It's delish and it's just perfect to start this week. KAT thank you

My caramel Frappuccino was not good. It was half foam and it tasted like water, plain, no caramel flavor unfortunately. My second time ordering a drink at this location with the same outcome. I won’t be coming here anymore. And to add to this review I ordered a tall pumpkin spice latte and I discovered coffee grinds at the bottom of my cup. Smh
