Goodbye Starbucks! Raising prices 10% overnight; serving a lukewarm plain ice tea and having to beg for a cup of ice was the last straw (no pun intended). Time to burn through my stars and find another place to get my daily ICED tea.

Don’t appreciate the sassy male employee who was laughing bc I had to drive back around bc of their mistake. They constantly mess up my order and then get annoyed that I won’t just take my incorrect order and leave. I order a very simple drink and it is wrong 50% of the time. It’s a freaking recipe, it shouldn’t be a wild card every day. Don’t be rude to your patrons when they just want their overpriced drink to at least taste right. Theres two employees who are amazing. The rest get mad you ask them to fix their mistakes.

Our barista was super friendly and our macadamia nut cold brews were delicious. Sadly there's some weird casino price gouging going on here. $17.42 for 2 grande drinks ? Starbucks is already expensive and I'm sure makes great markups on their drinks at normal price, this just seemed excessive.

As a local, I have been coming to this lovely little spot for years. It is always clean, and the baristas are always ready to make my order. They serve you in a friendly and quick manner. I don't think I have ever witnessed them being out of a product. You cannot use points here, but you can use gift cards both on and off the app. To visit this Starbucks, go inside of the Aliante casino and head toward the medley buffet. It is right next door to the buffet. There are many bathrooms nearby, including a unisex bathroom that is across the floor from this Starbucks. There is seating inside this Starbucks: three tables that seat two people, one table that seats four people. All tables have outlet access. Writing rating: 4/5 study and writing spot, with points removed due to noise level and occasional busyness (families stay at this hotel, so sometimes they bring their small children in here when they grab caffeine on their way in or out of the hotel).

Good service. I didn't like that I couldn't reload money on the app. I was however able to use it, just not able to refill money in it. Other than that it was nice and small and quiet. The baristas were very welcoming and friendly.

Depending on the day your order will or won't be correct. Order my drink 3 days in a row & have it made 3 different ways... Quite disappointing. We had better service at the SB in Henderson.

There is NO drive through unless you drive through the casino doors. They are not open 24 hours. I went out if my way because your listing said "Drive Through and Open 24 hours." Either make your listing accurate or remove it!
