Despite all the bad reviews for this location, I must say that I had a particular encounter with a one of the staff members by the name Michelle. Her positive energy really did a big impact for my visit. She was high energy and very patient with us. I just had to leave a review, hopefully she will be there on your next Starbucks run!
A huge thank you to Courtney and Jenny at MLK and Cheyenne for help fixing my drink that another location messed up. They were super friendly, polite, professional and didn’t give me a hard time about anything. I would be back at this location because of these ladies! Thanks again Courtney and Jenny!

I didn't have a good experience. The drink that I order at least 3 times a week was make a lot different. The lady gave me a venti size cup with a third of the cup empty. And another third taken up by Kohl. So I probably got 1/3 of coffee. She told me the drink I ordered "Normally comes in a tall".. Soooo why did she sell me the Venti? I always order venti size and my cup is filled. I also ask for it upside down but I didn't even get cold foam... I already drove to their location....read full review
