I was shopping at Smiths and decided to grab a drink while my daughter was checking out. When I walked up to the counter a small written note was on the counter "be back soon" written on a piece of scap paper.I patiently waited for about 4 minutes when a young lady came walking up looking upset I was waiting. I smiled and said "Good Morning" and she did not reply just threw her jacket down crumbled up the paper that was on the counter. I thought maybe she didn't hear me so I said it again "Good Morning" still no reply or aknoweledgement that I was standing there. While still not even looking at me or aknolwdging I was there she said "what do you want" while still doing things behind the counter..still no smile no eye contact and I barley heard her.I at that point I just walked away. Her negative and rude attitude was nit something I was willing to deal with. I understand people have bad days but you can not bring it to your job.I left and went to Dutch Bros where I always get positive happy service. I will not visit Starbucks location again.

This is the Starbucks in the same parking lot as Dominos. Customer service is ok. My beef with this place is they seem to be out of coffee frequently. Management needs to address this issue. Having no drip coffee available 30 min before closing is not a good customer service move. Also, news flash to the baristas--if you pour a cup of coffee during the brew cycle it is scalding HOT and has a bitter aftertaste.

Out of my drink option (app didn’t say they were, used mobile app to place order for pickup) yet they cant refund after the fact which makes no sense…..I don’t recommend using pickup ahead at this location. Not sure if they actually have it in stock. They are not helpful at all.

It's imposible to live without um Starbucks for a incredibul tasting coffee meanwhile your husband and sons go shopping for a special Sunday's lunch joining all the family.

Horrible Starbucks, went here and did my original and tryed to add more stuff hit she just started making it then we asked her other employee and she looked like she was confused, old people should stop working, do not come to this Starbucks, go to the other one in this area

The \\\"manager\\\" (cause she threw it out there 2 times) is beyond rude and talks to customers like they are children. She informed people in line waiting to purchase cups that if we break it she will make us buy it and that she will put a limit on cups cause she can. Starbucks inside Smith's will hire anyone and make them a manager. Starbucks can definitely do better.

This is by far the BEST Starbucks in town! I'm pretty sure I've dang near tried all of them since I'm born and raised here. The staff is amazing! They are so sweet and helpful! They will answer my 1 million questions when I'm not sure! Also if the drink happens to be off then they have remade it kindly! I'm very thankful for these ladies! :)))

Robyn (name on the badge). No customer service. Rude. She didn’t even tell us when our drinks where ready. Usually I go to the other location outside Smith’s but they are close. Never experienced this at Starbucks.

The worst customer service of any Starbucks I've ever had due to management made policies that are only at this Starbucks. They refuse to upgrade drinks to a larger size won't give a trenta water even when purchasing 7 beverages! I can't carry three drink trays and two toddlers due to them only offering small water when I need a trenta or at least a large water with my coffees. (I offered to pay any cost and still they denied!) they refuse to make a trenta chai latte even though every other Starbucks in the city will for me And they will argue till they are blue with a customer even when I offer to pay extra for water or pay for a trenta whatever they cost to get what I want?! What happened to the customer being right? Getting what we want when we will pay for it? I hate that this Starbucks is the most conveniently located for me on my way to work or I'd for sure go elsewhere. It's not even the employees fault either it's the manager who is forcing these policies. What a shame. I love Starbucks. I've never had any of these issues at any other Starbucks ever. please Starbucks build a drive through with a different owner/manager closer to my house so I can stay away from this one or please change the manager to a more customer service oriented person! This is a service industry job! Smh ‍
