For the 4 Sunday in a row between 7 and 730. This 24 hour location is yet again closed. I believe the signs should be changed to limit false advertising.

Stay away from this location!! Closed at night, not 24 hours. During the day, not enough staff long lines. Now, location has become so cheap, my sandwich was basically bread. It was miserable trying to get just about every vegetable. I thought they forgot to put tuna in my sub, it was there they must have used an eyedropper to measure it. Totally not acceptable, throw their garbage coupons away. Go to a different subway, this one has become all about saving themselves money, and the customer ends up with the most pathetic sandwich ever. They want to upsell everything there, double meat, double cheese, no just give me a fair portion. Unfortunately, not possible at this location. Greedy owners taking advantage of loyal customers. Go to another location that cares about customers value.

Prioritizes online orders over walk-ins. You can be standing there for 20 minutes while they constantly make sandwiches for the lazy. And they are extremely picky with toppings. They will count your olives and such. Go to a different sandwich place.

the place advertises as opened 24/7 but when i go the door is locked and the employees just look at me in shock. Don’t advertise a place as 24 hours if you’re going to keep the doors locked! and not let any customers

The food was good, but a bit cold I wish it was more toasted, but everything else was good.

Service is less than sub par. Today is the 2nd time I've placed an online order just to receive notification that order is ready thru app...to get to location to not have an order ready at all. Then I'm given 3 stories . First story is that they never rece my online order, and then when I showed them the confirmation email, the story changes to somebody else came and picked it up. When really it's because they never made the sandwich. I will NEVER give this location my business again!!

Purchased chocolate chip cookies at Subway this afternoon after eating half a cookie I noticed that there was a hair a long hair baked into the cookie. I stopped eating the cookie and returned back into Subway. I informed the employee and showed her visibly that you can see a hair had been baked into the cookie asking for a refund. The employee thought it was comical and began to laugh when I expressed my displeasure and frustration. I asked to speak to the manager. The young lady replied that there was no manager on site and proceeded to call an employee. They did speak and what I believe to be Spanish so I'm unsure what she was relaying on her phone call after about five minutes of communication on the phone. My money was refunded.

If I could I would give 0 stars for the bad service at this location. The change in management is very noticeable- I got a sandwich today and the manager prepared my sandwich. When I asked for onions and more vegetables she aggressively said that there already was. And as shown in my picture I had 3 pieces of spinach 2 pieces of tomato and guess what it did not have? Not a single piece of onion. The manager also belittled her young workers while she prepared the sandwich. Such a lack of professionalism when you do that in front of customers. You can tell they are still new and learning so how about properly training them before belittling?

With a clear sign that says open, the employees lock the door and ignore customers at the door knowing full well they are there. What's the point of stating open just so that employees can lock customers out.

I really like this Subway. I have never been to one so clean and nice inside, workers very kind. Always have really good deals too. I had to hang out here after locking my keys in my car and felt very comfortable doing so. Will always come back here!

7/29/23 @ or about 11:15am, I walked into this Subway store and it was empty ( no staff or customers). I stood there alone for 3 to 4 minutes. I then shouted "Hello". And an African American girl stepped out from the backroom. She said nothing to me (no greeting) just started putting on plastic gloves. I gave her my order, two sandwiches one on Italian cheese. The girl grabbed an uncooked bread roll from beneath the counter. I asked if that was cooked, because it was still pasty white and orange. She said we do have some loafs that are brown. I requested a brown fully baked loaf. As she was slicing the loaf I looked at the vegetables and "ALL" of it looked gray, dry and old. I told her "your vegetables do not look good" I said it twice but the subway staff member ignored me. I then said "I'm sorry I've changed my mind I don't want your sandwiches. I then left the building. When I walked out of the store I realized I still had a bag of chips in my hand. I returned to the store with the chips. Another Subway staff member (White female) was now standing behind the counter. I've lived in the NLV area for three years and this was my first and (LAST) time visiting this Subway store.
