The Tuna Fish was dark brown and smells like old rotten eggs the cookie was old taste like cardboard and the was thrown in a bag all broken up.Kept calling the phone several times no answer at all .Like where is yall

I ordered from this location off of UberEATS. They completely mixed up order items, and the customer service is nonexistent. The manager line on the receipt forwarded me to voicemail. They need to pay more attention to how they fulfill online orders, not everyone is able to come in person to be refunded for their careless mistakes.

Visited this establishment at 9:15pm. The employee states they close at 9pm and that he can’t take my order. The shop is open 24-hours. It doesn’t close. I asked for the managers number and he attempted to give me a fake number.

If only a negative review was possible... lady today on night shift on 7/31/23 at this store decided to not tell anyone that the card reader is down. Wasted everyones time INCLUDING wasted food. common sense is to tell a customer that before they walk in. train your employees better

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They didn't have my cookies... So I told them to keep the money as a tip and still didn't make my sandwich right. Specifically put extra onion and green peppers. Had no onion and 2-3 pieces of bell pepper. And there was no oil or vinegar on it at all, it was dryer than the sahara desert and the bread was dry and hard as well. Then I called on the phone and tried to get a refund and he was rude as hell, told me he don't know who the mgr is or what their number is. I will never go back here again.

Best subway experience to date because of the homie Eric. He handled every situation that came at him with grace and positivity. He held the whole store down on his own while working a busy lobby and mobile orders as well. I am very impressed. Thank you Eric! (Also, food was delish)

Andy was an amazing person with us at 5 am. Allowed us to take our time and order our food. Not only was he patient with us but also gave us suggestions. He was super nice and sweet. People in fast food chains need to be more like andy. Very satisfied customer !!!
