It's funny , i used to work here with the previous owner....and i actually stopped by to look for him a few weeks ago and found out he doesn't own the restaurant anymore. Anyways ... While taking to the new people i noticed their new menu and i decided to order just one sushi roll... because i wasn't even planning on having sushi that day... Well, i definitely noticed a BIG change. The quality of the food is definitely not the same. I ordered a lasagna roll... Which is a very basic roll... But like i said,.i wasn't even planning on having sushi that day... Even the imitation crab was bad. The rice and the portions of the roll were HUGE like it barely fit in my mouth lol. That was not good.... considering that that roll is usually not that big anywhere you go. Also, the quality of the rice wasn't as good or the sauces... I had to throw half of the roll away. I hope they fix some of those things. Because this place use to be really good and people liked the food a lot. It wasn't the best sushi place... But it was definitely better than what i tried last time. Service was great they were friendly and the place still looks clean. so, hopefully the food gets better as what it used to be or even better! And maybe I'll give it another try when Im by this area.

The first time I came here a year ago was pleasant, today however I ordered plain sushi. Simply fish and rice to start, the lighting was bad so I couldn't tell if the fish was discolored or if they added a pinch of soy sauce. To my dismay, during my second bite the taste was off. I spit it out, the tip of the fish were hard and there was cartilage. I informed the waiter I would be leaving. He asked if I was going to pay after only consuming one bite. "Absolutely not," and I immediately left.

This place isn't crazy nice but I know there very clean and fast with service I get treated like royalty every time I eat there. There service is great I love eating here and there rolls are so good I've tried a lot of sushi spots in vegas there's sun bad sun good but this is on the good side for sure!

Very bad service, they tried to charge for a sake bottle we ordered but they gave us a flavored mango instead, it wasn't listed on the menu but they gave us the wrong one and insisted we paid even though that wasn't the bottle we wanted. The customer service is literally the worst. Didn't even eat we got so frustrated.

Do not be deceived by the 4 stars. I'm guessing this USED to be a good spot but it definitely isn't anymore. Increased AYCE prices, decreased quality of fish, gone skimp on certain dishes and even the gyoza sauce. When you come here, keep an eye on how much it looks like the owner is trying to cut corners. I had a plethora of nigiri and have only a two pieces of salmon that were actually fresh. I ate hamachi that tasted old. I should have spat it our retro spec but unfortunately, now I'm playing the waiting game to see if it will impact me. There are some serious health code issues in this restaurant, some of which is the temperature for the fish. The sushi chef leaves the slider wide open. I saw this at the very end of my visit. Steer clear, seriously, they don't know what they're doing and people can potentially get really sick. I ordered hot food after that. The service was not great. They were talking amongst themselves the entire time. I kind of feel like this is their first rodeo in the Japanese restaurant game. Don't expect an irashaimase when you arrive and a arigato gozaimasu when you leave.

If you like all the rolls wet and you want them all to look the same then this the place for you. Sloppy, American sushi, it all kind of looks like the sloppy burgers from the big chain burger shops. Why so many sauces?

If I could give zero stars I would. Thus 0lace used to be good but now it's the worst place. Starting with the host to the cooks. It's dirty the host treats you like he's doing you a favor and when you have kids and you're playing obscene rap music and videos in a family its just plain wrong. Stay away!!!

We've been going here for several years now and have always loved it. Went this past Sunday and had the worst experience ever. Obviously under new management that has no clue how to run a decent restaurant. The sushi was sub par and their sushi rice was awful. I always got the bento box, but they no longer have it. I ended up getting the Korean BBQ beef bowl. The meat was terrible and the rice was worse. Will never be going back there and I suggest that everyone steers clear of this place.

This place has gone downhill. I've been coming through for years. I understand that they just got new management. But seriously, I've been sitting since 7pm and the female waitress came by to get our order once. Not once has she taken a new order, not once has she refilled our drinks. Just terrible. In the meantime she'll stand in the kitchen or behind the sushi bar and giggle with her coworkers. Seriously annoyed. The sushi chef was really nice. But the server needs to get her sh*t together.

Went here for the first time & the chef gave us amazing cut sushi. It was so fresh & good ! Only issue was I wish our miso was hotter but other than that sushi was great !

Not worth the $30 per person food. Tiny little hole in the wall place. The seating area was clean and neat. We were greeted right away and seated. No water was served. Had to ask. No small dishes to combine soy sauce and wasabi. Had to ask three times for this. When the salmon nigiri was served, I noticed the salmon smelled fishy. Fresh fish and fish smell don't go together. The sushi rice was loose and should have been pressed more tightly. The pieces fell apart. I overheard the sushi chef telling other customers that they had just opened the week before. The two of us had 3 rolls, 2 nigiri and one tempura appetizer. This is not worth a $70 bill! Wow! Certainly the right word for this restaurant, and not in a good way.

They are a mess!!! I've been sitting inside the restaurant waiting for sushi (80% is already done) and chicken teriyaki. I've been here for an hour watching people get refills on their all you can eat fresh sushi and my order still isn't ready. If I could give them less than a star I would. They didn't even offer me water. The other patrons were looking at me like "poor baby". Bro, the chicken is cold...

Love them! So sad that they aren't as open as often as before the big C word! They have our favorite sushi rolls! They are a good and kind business and I can count on them to satisfying my sushi cravings!
