Food was cold.. bean burritos were hard. Had to wait awhile to be told there was no Nacho cheese. The man gave us 2 coupons for our inconvenience. Tried to use them yesterday they expired 5 months ago ?
Wow, can’t believe this place. First off I spent 45 minutes in the drive through, 45! And then about 15 at the window… absolutely horrible service by some very shady worker's. Experiences like this make it very easy to see why they have a lot of complaints especially lately. It doesn’t help what I saw on the eau claire foodies Facebook page. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I don’t recommend any body to come here

maybe you should open your lobby up 24/7. Some people can't go through a drive thru and also need to use the restroom... such bad management.
I never feel the need to complain usually but honestly I had 3 gordita crunches that didn't have the usual amount of their meat or spicy ranch as you can see in the picture there is barely any lettuce either . I'm not asking for more meat I'm asking for the normal portion of meat and sauce . Especially with how expensive those are. And also it seems like the chicken quesadilla also lacks sauce, which is funny because it costs 25 cents if you want extra . But again I just want the normal amount of sauce and for it to be heated all the way through

I only go to the Craig location because I had a bad experience at working at the ann and Simmons location. The staff there has proven themselves multiple times to be above and beyond the call of duty an excellent communication skills all over. A big special thank you to Sandra H. For always making my visit. Amazing. I look forward to getting breakfast from you again soon.
