“My family and I go to Chili's quite often, and up until today we have never been charged for sides of sauce. Ranch, BBQ sauce, honey Chipotle, ECT.. when we got the bill today each sauce that we ordered was $0.50. We were not told this by our waitress, so it was a shock to see an extra $4.00 charge. Customers should be made aware of this new charge.“

“Went for mothers day, was very busy, but we didn't have to wait. Service was outstanding, even as busy as they were. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
