Added ourselves to the waitlist to dine here Sat 30th, had to arrive before 6.25pm.Arrived at 6.20, let the lady at the desk know we'd added ourselves to the waitlist, she wasn't interested.. fair enough there were a bunch of tables free. She took us to a booth and told us the server would be with us soon.15 minutes later after the table being walked past by multiple servers but noone to take our order, we gave up and left.Lady at the front said 'oh there was a mishap in the kitchen' Didn't realise that prevented a server from taking a drinks order. .. it certainly didn't stop the whole team singing happy birthday to another patron nor several servers walking past us multiple times.

Went there and the waitress spent 15 minutes just chit chatting with another table before getting our drinks or taking our order. Finally went and complained. I had low blood sugar and asked her to bring chips and salsa before our other food and she didn't. Waited 20 mins for our food and it was cold and the salsa was ketchup and gross. The whiskey chicken sliders were on a nasty roll. Plus we paid $6 for 3 cold mozzerella sticks. I didn't want to tip but my sister did anyways. It was not deserved. The waitress was nice to our face but I don't feel it was sincere as she didn't do what I asked. I almost had a low blood sugar attack because of her poor service. Never again will I go there and I cannot recommend this place. And to top it off it was not even busy. So disappointing

Our meals were very good. I wanted a raspberry tea but the waiter said they only had a tropical raspberry tea. I ordered it but did not like it. It tasted like a pineapple drink, no raspberry flavor at all. I asked for water, waiter didn't bring it till I asked a second time. I'm pretty sure I could have had a raspberry tea when I saw the bartender. I've ordered to go food from her before & she said she could make a raspberry tea for me while I wait. It was soooo good that I got a gallon to go. That's what needs to be on the menu in my opinion. We will be back. We like the food very much. It's a little bit costly but worth it with minimal visits. We still had to pay for the tropical tea...so we took the price out of the waiter's tip. That may have been rude but the tea should have been removed from our ticket.Parking: This location is at Aliante Casino & Hotel. Parking is outside or in the garage.

We were there yesterday for lunch & it was the first time in yrs that we were very disappointed! The service was poor, the food looked & tasted like it was left out from the night before & we couldn't get out of there fast enough. I would not recommend this particular

I patronized this TGI Fridays location two days back to back, ordering the Thai Mango Salad. Both salads were far from the advertised photo. The lettuce was overwhelming spring mix with sparse amount of the advertised red & napa cabbages, carrots, diced mango, fresh herb mix, candied pecans in a house-made Sweet Heat Mango Vinaigrette. Day 1 salad did not have any candied pecans and I had to wait greater than 30 minutes beyond the promised time for the online order. Day 2 was a totally different portion of the same salad, the lime was missing, it and did not come with the Sweet Heat Mango Vinaigrette. I literally had to leave my hotel and walk back to TGI Fridays to get the salad dressing. In summary, the food is consistent no, the service is less than mediocre, and the service is slow. I’m not sure why it’s called a Mango Salad when you can hardly even see any mangoes on the salad. However, on my return to retrieve the salad dressing, the manager was very professional and provided service with a smile.Vegetarian options: SaladParking: Sufficient

Review rated on average of everything. If it was based on the steakhouse meatballs alone, 5 stars +. However, it took quite some time to get my order taken. Also ordered mozzarella sticks, they were good also. Ordered a glass of wine, happy hour every day, only $5, that was good too. Those are the two appetizers I reccomend. Also had potstickers, they were dry without a lot of filling. Nobody checked back to aee if food was good. I'll go back in hopes of better service and only order meatballs.

Service was very slow and the food took longer. The ribs were not as good as at the Sam’s Town location.

My family of 6 have gone to eat here twice. First time, we already said we wouldn't go back. Reason we went back, my husband forgot he said that. Lol. Anyways, when our food came, they got most of our sides mixed up. Husband ordered onion rings, but got broccoli. Son ordered fries, but got mozzarella sticks. Son ordered mozzarella sticks got his plate without it because it was on someone else's plate. Waiter said they'd bring his side later, but never did. So, we didn't even bother to ask about it and just gave him the one they had already served. Mac and cheese wasn't that great. Half rack ribs meat didn't have flavor. They just threw sauce on top. Their garlic butter broccoli was just plain steamed broccoli. Their bone-in wings barely had any meat on it. For reference, my 6yo was nibbling on it to get some meat and I couldn't use a fork to pick it up. I ordered soup and salad combo, but didn't get my salad. At that point, I didn't ask for it. I just had them take off the salad from our check. Out of everything we ordered, the best and I hope they continue to keep it that way was the white cheddar broccoli soup, mozzarella sticks, potato skins, and their new truffle tot-chos.
