Ordered a dozen, nearly every flavor they had and two that were keto. None of the flavors were very distinctive or recognizable. The purple haze cookie had an aspirin aftertaste that I can only attribute to the coloring used in the cookie. I paid $70 for 12 cookies, and most of them tasted the same, like a sugar cookie. Of course, things like chocolate chips and marshmallows, distinguished some from the other, but overall was a big disappointment, unfortunately. Still, I wish the store in the business, the best.

I have been meaning to try this spot for awhile and I am glad I finally did. I got a 12 pack and everything was delicious! I definitely recommend putting them in the oven for a few minutes to warm them plus I think it helped cook them a little more since the middle is super soft. The lady who helped me was very nice and helped me pick some great cookies. It's a small shop so be prepared to take your order to go.

AMAZINGLY GOOD!! This is coming from someone who doesn't really like cookies or sweets. We went here because my husband LOVES cookies and we were in the area. After reading Yelp reviews I was not expecting to like this place but WOW, it was YUMMY!! The young lady helping us was super sweet. Her favorite cookies happen to be the ones I had my eyes on. If you're looking for a great tasting cookie and fantastic customer service,this is the place you want to check out. The Red Velvet Oreo was the BEST!!

I go to the Aliante location often, the selection is unreal. I love crunchy cookies so I usually eat them as is, but if I'm in the mood for a soft cookie I'll say yes to have them warmed up. Best of both worlds!

I have tried on 2-3 separate occasion as to try this place out. Unfortunately, despite their website, Google, and other sources saying their hours are until 10, they were closed at 6:45 pm even though it stated they were open until ten. I tried again, showed up around opening and they didn't open for at least 10-15 min past opening time. So I left. Really bummed but seems to be poorly run, so maybe I'm not missing out. If they can't even manage to be open when they say they are, I doubt the cookies would be good.

Gourmet cookies shouldn't taste this bad. When you're paying $5.00 a cookie or $3.00 each if you buy 7... you shouldn't be this disappointed. Unfortunately these cookies have very little flavour to match the cookie name. These cookies are so doughy it's like you are eating raw cookie dough. We bought the 7 cookies...of all different flavors & we all tried them and agreed.... We won't be back. If they spent half the amount of effort on the cookie flavours as they did the box...they may have a decent product. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Cookie Plug! Cool box tho!

Literally the worst cookies I've ever eaten & I bought 8 what a waste of money. The lemonade was so gross it tasted like it was from the sink. They had no lids no straws no napkins what a joke! The only thing I can say is the place is nice, THAT'S ALL. The service was also good but I will never come back here just go to a different cookie spot like Crumbl or make cookies at home

Happened to stumble across this place when I ran to Starbucks next door. I was excited to try it because I love cookies. This is a very small walk in and grab your cookies to go place. They have a fun vibe with graffiti on the wall and a boom box hanging off the wall. Sign says baked fresh daily. I would go as far to say as maybe they are baked weekly. I couldn't decide which flavor I wanted to try, the worker told me the poppers come with them all. So I decided to go that route to try it out. These are 12 dollars for cookies maybe the size of a quarter. (I think you are mostly paying for the containers) I was excited to get home and try them out. My excitement lasted 5 seconds. These were not fresh at ALL. They were hard stale little cookies. Such a waste of money. Even putting them in the microwave for a min didn't really help. It is a cute place, it's too bad their cookies aren't baked fresh as advertised. I rather go to crumble where they are hot and fresh to order. 2 stars for the cute shop and fun flavors. Minus stars for lack of freshness and prices being so high for a cookie.

Evelyn is absolutely amazing! Wanted Thanksgiving cookies for me, my friends, and my family and had a hiccup with the ordering Thanksgiving day, Evelyn honored the Black Friday deal and gave me a huge gesture for the price i was paying for 4 cookies, walked out with 15 delicious ones! Would absolutely go back all the time with the amazing service! Have always loved the way the place looks and the vibe is always very West Coast oriented which is something I love the most, ambiance is unmatched! Thank you so much to Evelyn and the amazing crew there and will definitely go back as often as I can!

The staff was absolutely amazing and the cookies are so delicious. They serve them warm and she cut them for me right there so my daughter and I could share them. They even had cookies for my pup. I definitely recommended 10 out of 10 for cookies for $10 and a drink. You can't beat it cause it's five dollars for one so you get two for free when you buy two basically for the four for 10 and a drink amazing absolutely recommend 10 out of 10.

Great cookies. They are very good. The place is pretty cool too. The only thing that isn't the best is customer service. I've gone twice and have gotten someone in the afternoon kind of rude. The cookies are good though.
