This Walmart is alright, hate how most of there items are locked up and only have one person opening the glass. 2 employees walked past me and saw me waiting for someone and just said "did you press the button?" And I said "yes many times" and they were like "oh they'll be here.." and after waiting 10 more minutes I saw another employee and asked him if I could get something, he simply said "oh someone should be coming, there's a button"Like noooo s*** I've been waiting like 15 minutes now ‍ you figure if you see someone waiting you would help but these employees just dont careee

I'd have to say this isn't my favorite Walmart . I bought something and when I got home I noticed it was broken. Brought it back the same day & customer service was closed . I was there by 8pm and I guess they close at 8pm. I just wanted to exchange it because I work all day & they gave me such a hard time . Luckily I demanded a manager and they fixed the issue for me .

This bummy a** store...everything important is locked up s*** wouldn't need to be locked away if the workers weren't busy planning their next hook or busy just using their phones instead of watching the isles and working....why does it take over 10 mins for someone to come open the locked cabinets??? Then when y'all do come y'all take my f****** soap? Like I'm gonna steal the big a** bottle....it's always only self check out now and that's annoying

Rude and disrespectful store manager They don't care for the customers and half the produce is almost always spoiled worst store ever although there is a few associates that are absolutely great other than that management needs help they are not good!Definitely would love to give a negative star

Went here to get some stuff & was racial profiled.... tired of being treated like s*** specifically by African American woman... Not all but there are few and far between & it's not right & it's not my fault Caucasian's treated blacks like they did back in the days & still even today. I am Caucasian but also Native American Indian mix. This lady was blocking the meat area with her, her son & her basket & I knew right then this was gonna be a problem. I tried to just go around and wait but she wasn't budging & then her son grabbed my basket & I turned to look and the lady says b**** we don't want your basket. Blah blah blah & I just decided to get my basket and walk past her & she started talking Mire s*** to me say you gotta problem ... and I said obviously you do & I walked past & she says white b**** you better stop talking.. I proceeded to the front down a lane to talk to a manager & this lady follows me and I stopped & she is acting like she's gonna pull a gun out of her purse or something & I said I don't need this & we were arguing her son says momma stop your gonna go to jail again. Finally a supervisor comes to the lane and says is there a problem & she says yes this b**** called me a N word... I was super shocked & said that's not true & this lady was yelling and carrying on & I told the supervisor call the cops this is harassment. I guess the lady got scared & walked the other way as her Latin bf walked with her out of the store calling me a stupid white b***** So yes I know how it is. This happens almost every time I have gone in this specific location which I will never go their again. Wish people wouldn't take it out on innocent people. I was just there to do some shopping. Take this review how you want. I am not racist as my son is half blk/ half Caucasian! They need to improve on security.

Went to the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Lossee on 8/12/2022 at 8:30AM to grab a few things. Last stop was to get some shampoo which is now locked up behind glass. I pressed the little box for assistance which played a little message and waited. After waiting 5 minutes I pressed it again and again waited 5 more minutes. After waiting a total of 10 minutes to buy a $5.00 shampoo everything I had collected went on the nearest shelf and headed to Smith's where I was able to be in and out within the 10 minutes I waited at Walmart. I won't be back... ever!

I was about to give up on this store but I've seen a big change in the past two months. I've lived in this neighborhood for 7 years and the only reason I went to the store is because I live close and I love Walmart. I used to leave there with a big headache but not anymore. I've been having a lot of medical issues lately so I decided to use the curbside pickup today. The app was easy to use. The store associate was extremely nice. After she loaded my groceries into my trunk I drove to the side of the building to the pharmacy drive thru and picked up my meds. The whole trip took only 15 minutes including drive time from my house to the store. Today's trip to the store restored my faith even more in this Neighborhood Walmart.

Was in the area and needed to pick up a few things. Was greeted at the door with a Welcome and a cart that was just sanitized. I do not have a Neighborhood Walmart near my home so it was nice to visit . I found everything on my list plus more ! The store was not crowded and extremely clean. In the produce isle were a lack of the fresh fruits that are usually cut up for sale but everything else was stacked in the shelves . I did get asked if I needed help from two associated one in produce and one in the meat department . I wish there were more of these neighborhood markets around especially by my home instead of the bigger Walmart's. Much easier to navigate and get in and out of faster Will be going back for sure
