Poor customer service, so many people in there working, not one person of color, hopefully they on a different shift! Online order took 20 min past the time on confirmation. Checked in where when I got there with my kids. Guy said it wasn’t ready yet and they they would call my name, waited 15 min walked up closer to the counter, to try to get acknowledged, told him my name an it was sitting up on the rack smh . My name was never called. Train your employees better customer Service/ communication skills

Ordered by phone. Asked for my military discount. Cashier said I could not receive military discount because manager was on break & would have to wait 30 minutes.I left without receiving my order & paying.

The person on the phone didn’t take the time to get the name on the order correct (I didn’t tell them my name, it was a much simpler name)I said it slow. Spelled it and said it slow again. This caused an issue with them finding our order when we came to pick it up. All the wings were fried too hard and were completely dried out. It was not an enjoyable experience and i felt like I wasted my money.

By far the worst customer service and wingstop experience of my life. I tried to call in my order & the lady I spoke to said they are only accepting walk-in or online orders at this time. The gentleman that attended to when I finally made it to the front of the line asked if I was picking up online orders & I let him know that a rep there said to come in and order. He said that his manager strictly told him no more walk-in orders for today. With a hungry wife at home, I went ahead made an online order. Wish they were actually able to take accountability for instructions they gave me and not treat people with the attitude I received tonight. Do better Wing Stop! I think next time, I'll just drive a little further down the road to the next location, if I ever frequent Wing Stop again after this. I would never recommend this location unless they somehow made this right or at the very least apologized.Kid-friendliness: Rude, uncaring, attitude & unaccountable

Never going back to this location! Rude management. I placed an order on line at 10:30 am and called 10:45 to see if my order was in the system, called back at 10:55 to see if order was done and was told that this location didn’t open until 11 am that day, but the system took my order and my money! I was told because they were franchised that basically they could do as they please and there was no way to make a complaint! Never going back! FYI in was in the parking lot the whole time while this location had some kind of get together and allowing consumption of alcohol in the parking lot area and they where turning away paying customers at 10:30 am when they were supposed to be open!

There's no costumer service who can handle the dine in.all the order apparently must to be place online,but also must to return to fix what it missing from what you order.It's a chaos.

This is my local Wingstop and its the best one out in Vegas. The person attending my order (Darlene) is a very nice young women who had alot of patients with me and answered all my questions happily. The wait time she gives me is accurate and the order I get is always right!!

Please tell Brandon. It's NOT the delivery drivers job to fulfill your orders! Wingstop's locations practices are NASTY! Delivery drivers should NOT fill YOUR CUSTOMERS drinks. That is unsanitary, we DO NOT have food handling cards and its NOT our job. It's your job to fill the customers orders, our only job is getting it to them. (IE: I have a driver's license, not a food handling card or Tam card.)Customers beware! Order at your own risk. Part of your meal is expected to be prepared by a non food card handling, door to door delivery driver. ???I've done over 1,000 food deliveries and you're the only restaurant in Las Vegas that habitually, demands this disgusting practice!

Wing stop wasn’t like this in California however this location gives you more grease than sauce. If you want a heart attack then this is the location for you .

I love chicken wings and I love wingstop! Let's face it though, boneless chicken wings are just chicken strips with sauce on them! Just felt it need to be said. I always buy the bone in because I don't like the breading. I like their sauces and sides. Only gave four stars because I just think they're too expensive! I mean their chicken wings. When did chicken wings get become so expensive!?
