I went online and ordered my order for delivery which I was charged for but when my order arrived with the door dasher, my order was 50% incomplete. I called the store and they confirmed that they forgot to give the Dasher another bag that was part of my order. Then asked me if I could pick it up. That really bothers me because there’s a reason why I chose and paid for delivery. She then said well what we can do for you is give you a refund or store credit, but you can only use it within the next three business days which blew my mind. I decided to pick up the order since it was not fair for only half of our family to eat due to their mistake. Upon arrival, I explained the situation, and all they did was hand me my bag not even apologize for anything. I love Wing stop, but they should really work on customer service at this location.

I placed an order online on 11/2/2024, it took 49 minutes and apart from the time it arrived incomplete, it doesn't seem fair to me because apart from that you leave tips, so that they can give you your incomplete order I hope you review your orders carefully before sending them.

Food was great. It was so busy, I didn't get my correct order and missing 1 iteam. I called when I got home and noticed the incorrect order and missing item. I have 30 days to claim. The frustration is, the location is far from my home. I happened to be in the area when I ordered.

K bad I ordered online and I ordered it in two hours to pick up and I go for my order and I have already been waiting for more than 15 minutes and it is still not there ??
Not sure why I give this place try after try. I ordered online showed up when they tell me my wings are going to be ready and then they tell me an additional 20-25 minutes. We told Delilah at the counter that we ordered online and it said our wings were ready. She simply responds with, No that's not accurate. It's gonna be another 20-25 minutes. The only reason this place is still in business is because there's no other spot around on this side of town. Zero stars if I could.

Everytime i order somethings wrong with my order. Last time they messed up my flavors. In another i had no ranch, this time i even paid extra to put cheese fríes and got very little cheese! This is unacceptable, when will they get my orders right. I have pictures but Google wont let me post!

Not sure why our chicken tasted like yesterday's chicken. It was so hard and looked old smh kids couldn't even eat their sandwiches. The only time we get fries that aren't burnt is if we ask for unsalted fries. Do better!

everytime i place an online order i have to arrive 3-5 minutes after it says the food would be ready because it's never ready on time. even then i give them extra time and i show up and it's a 7-10 minute wait when it's not busy. the food is good it's just the service.
