The reception was non-existent, the preparers almost didn't calculate for us because they were laughing on their phones. One of the preparers had soiled clothes which almost ruined our appetite. In short, no professionalism in this fast food and a dry sandwich!Do not go there in the evening because people with a dubious appearance seem to be lurking around the place!

A shitty service, I was attended by 3 girls but the 3 were stupid, they didn't give me the complete order and it seems that they are just joking at work, I think half of the staff who work there are stupid retarded

Only 1 star because I have to. The service is VERY hit or miss. I'll confidently say this - a solid 90% of the workers are rude & just lazy most the time. There's one gal who is great, that's about it. The food is either cooked too much or not enough (both making for a poorly tasting meal) & the play area ? I have photos of their thermostat (with a sign stating "heat doesn't work") & we wish it didn't! Photos show 83 & even 88 degrees in there! No fans on, no cracked doors, NOTHING. Easy lawsuit if someone passes out from that. Very rarely is it clean inside that facility either. You'd think 5+ workers with MAYYYBE 3-4 guests in the entire building, they'd have time to wipe a table or two instead of gossip at the front counter. Disappointing, to say the least.

This is a well run and fast serving fast food joint. You have to be impressed by their deameanor an elocution. Again this is a Burger King, we're talking about. This place is clean and even if there's a wait all of your food will be hot and fresh. Update: still hot still fresh. update 03/01/2023: The staff was tired and it was right before closing yet the food was hot , fast, and fresh!

I'm a fan of BK, but the one here in Pahrump has been hit or miss. I will go, because once in a while I crave a whopper, but it is not my first choice for a burger in Pahrump. Service is fine though.

Just got charged double for a small FF ($3.22). Their pricing board wasn't working and when I looked up the price it was actually $2 something. When I asked the girl about it she, "yeah our prices went up" and then ignored when I told her I just looked up the current pricing.I'm not a fan of being ripped off and that's exactly what just happened. Will not be getting anything from them again if this is what their new store policy is.

Much better experience this time around. Got 2 of the texas double whoppers 4 spicy wraps. 2 regular wraps. Some fries. And the cheesy tots. Service was a bit slow but I won't complain because the Food was absolutely delicious. Gold jib bk team. Happy customer

Not one of the best fast food places I've been to. The burger was SUPER soggy, and I had to change my entire attire after eating in the car. Don't really expect gourmet, but don't expect tons of watery sauce in there either.
