We found the A.M. service terrible. No one answered the drive through speaker. Thinking it was not working drove around and 2 cars in front of me. After sitting there for several minutes and the red car at window I backed out of drive through. Going into restaurant the man and lady were standing there talking. Red car still at window. I told her I thought the drive through speaker was not working and had backed out I got just a cold stare. Reluctantly took our order. No thank you. Slammed order on counter, no thank you nothing. The same stare. Will not go back. They don't need my money.

I came here for lunch and the service was terrible! First this heavy set girl with glasses and piercings takes my order, she tried to overcharge me until I called her out. She then tells me i can’t upgrade my fries, I felt it was retaliation for calling out her overcharge. Then she calls my number but gave my food to someone else, then she claimed she called my number by accident. I was upset cause this person came long after I did. Then another woman order long after me and gets her food right away. So I stood at the counter furious and after 15 mins had enough and wanted to ask for my money back but then it finally came out. To make it worse it was not worth the wait, the food was sloppy and tasted terrible. I won’t be returning here and it was so slow here…I wonder why ?

I walked in to get a deal off of the app and they said they didn’t accept the app and they did not know how it worked. I asked for a manager and she told me she was the manager and was wearing no name tag.

As far as Carl's juniors go, this is one of the better ones. The staff is very nice and friendly, the place is clean and the food lately has been really good.It's 2 years later and it's still really good!Post-pandemic, place went downhill for a little while but it looks like the owner has put some money into it and made it look nicer with outdoor lighting at night and stuff.The staff is super nice in my experience and the food is still really good. My only complaint are prices but that's everywhere it's not just this establishment it's just the way it is right now. Definitely will go back and continue to curb my hunger with this establishment. Order food on app and when I arrived the rude jerk at the window said they no order so I canceled the order in front of the jack a** and reorder in front of him and he claimed they never got it. Drove off and spent my 20.00 at jack in box don't waste your time going to this dump.

Called them after I get home with the food because they made nothing right. No cheese on my burgers and they refuse to do anything about it. No refund, no replacement food. Check your food at the drive thru window and refuse to move your car until you know that they have your order right is what I suggest to future consumers because they don't care about your money and doing their job correctly.

Most of the time is good , but between 6am and 6:30am , they don't answer the drive thru , and when you walk in the guy says that there is no servis yet , (it is not the 1st or 2nd time) , he could at least say it is going to take a little bit longer.

Went in with coupon buy famous star combo get famous star burger free. Burger cost $5.99 he took $3.49. When I told cashier about it he basically said to bad so sad. So so food terrible service will not be coming back.
