EL JEFES RESTAURANT is in my humble opinion the greatest most authentic Mexican food in the history of this planet. I eat here every time I'm in pahrump nevada. I eat 1 thing LA MOLCAJETE. LA MOLCAJETE is food from heaven itself.

The burritos were massive and flavorful and taco salad is massive here the price wasn’t bad I paid 14 dollars for my burrito with the green sauce I had the California supreme which included cheese sour cream , pico de gallo and fries and carne asada loved how the fries were season well like tacobell fries and Jalseea and host are cute ☺️ what more can you ask more great food cute servers and you get chips and salsa and the drinks are big thank you guys so much and ladies thank you for your service I will come back again.

We ate here on the way back from Death Valley and it was a little off the main 160 highway, but not bad at all. Our first time in Pahrump and we had a great dining experience. I ordered 3 tacos and husband ordered carne asada burrito. The food came out fresh and piping hot. Also, the house chips and salsa was good. Everything hit the spot and we were very satisfied. We left the restaurant a little before 5pm on a Saturday and the place filled up and was poppin. I recommend this restaurant to anyone passing thru and in need of a good Mexican meal.The parking lot was small, but fits a lot of cars and the restaurant is spacious and roomy with a cute vibe!
