I went thru the drive thru. When I got home and went to eat, the chicken was full of fat and half cooked. My fries were cold and they shorted my order. I never received my gravy. The only good thing was the coleslaw. I spent 34 dollars just to toss everything in the trash. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. The food was absolutely gross.

Horrible experience and extremely unprofessional. Not going to lie did get there 10 minutes before closing time but instead of just saying we're closed a girl runs up to the door and locks the door in our faces. Then to make matters worse and very dangerous two employees leave the restaurant and get into separate vehicles one a big yellow Jeep and start driving in circles through the drive-thru but speeding through it almost running into me and my son and my dog as we were exiting. Where's the communication on just hey we're closed but to do reckless things like that that makes no sense be better people

If I can leave a negative star.. I would. Hey store owner. If you're reading this!! The staff you have there will bankrupt you!! In case you don't know.. they don't have enough chicken at the busy time. Only attitude to give to customers..Maybe you're too rich to care. But at least have goof representation for all KFC. This is the WORST store I have been all over the world!!Maybe you should loose it. And a NEW OWNER will care about the brand

I couldn’t give them a food review seen as how I was sitting at the drive thru ready to order but nobody seemed to be there! One employee seemed to be in his car listening to music, got off the car went through the back and still nothing. Honestly, I love KFC but this location is the worst the whole store needs a transformation it’s always empty. Local Facebook with the public always complain about this location. Listen to the public KFC look into this store, better training and management is needed

This is from a doordash order.I ordered the 5 tenders big box. It comes with a dipping sauce.I ordered the nugget kids meal. It also comes with a sauce.Luckily we have ranch at home, so my son was able to enjoy his meal just fine.I did BUY an extra two sauces.I know dipping sauce isn't a big deal, but is it too much to ask for you to pay attention. The receipt even says "Your meal was packed and double e-checked for accuracy by:". Of course no signature.Nuggets come with a sauce. Tender box comes with a sauce. This dude bought an extra two sauces. He should have four.

As far as KFC's go this was a good one. Food was great, at least in my opinion. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Unlike other fast food places where they treat you like you're bothering them this was not the case here.1-2024This place is still tasty!And the employees were awesome!
