my husband and I were just there to inquire about rv park, Susan was so rude, when we first walked in we ask for information and she just rolled her eyes at us as if we were low life, we ask about rates she barely gave us information, asked if we could take a tour of the place, we spoke to a gentleman outside the pool area who was so nice he gave us more information then the front desk Susan did, she was so rude. My husband and I left there and will not return and will tell others not to go to this place.

We stayed here on our way back home from Zion. It's definitely quite since most people actually live here and are retired/elderly. The pool lots are very nice and spacious with a huge patio and tiki bar. The kids enjoyed the pool, it was empty. No one seems to use it. the adults enjoyed the steam room and dry sauna when they were working, they were often broken or not working properly. This is definitely NOT a place for anyone who needs to actually do any work on the road. The WiFi is horrible. Even at the pool, which is closer to the office. Made it very difficult to do any work, especially video conferences. This is also NOT a kid friendly place. The kids couldn't ride their bikes or scooters without being told to "slow down" like they are going to run over grandma or something. So, that was annoying. They also use bleach to sanitize the dog relief area, which doesn't seem safe in my opinion. My dogs have had diarrhea since we got here and I don't know if it was that or the water? They've been perfectly fine before arriving here. Anyhow, this place served its purpose, but we will not be back. Don't recommend for families or individuals who have to work on the road. This is for retired people only.

The park is disgusting. You couldn't imagine anything worse! They don't like children here. The staff are terribly rude, they wave their hands and shout if they see kids in the pool. There's this one employee, an old woman who trims bushes. And she scolds my children. This is unacceptable. I don't recommend any family stay here! This place is for people 50+. It's awful, I can't wait to leave here and never see these angry, rude faces of the staff again.Employees are communicating not politely, but rudely! Waving hands and shouting is not a polite request, but a rude one!

This is WITHOUT A DOUBT the most beautiful RV Resort in the USA. Such nice people and amenities. It would be a dream life to live here.

Visited here for sister in law Mary Kay booth at the Craft Fair. Grounds impeccably clean on the whole park. Was very impressed.

Nice resort and close to Death Valley! Loads of off road options in the area.

Great customer service. Not your typical parking lot RV resort. Upgraded sites have a covered table. You can upgrade to a site with table with grill. Second year here.

My honest review,When we first arrived we were welcomed warmly, shown our spot, and they even helped back us in. The sites are well taken care of although some can be tight and oddly landscaped depending on your rig and slides. Our family spent a lot of time at the pool. It's a nice area however the pool needs to be maintained better. There's always stuff floating around and sometimes the water is very cloudy. We loved all the shaded spots. It was nice to have a restaurant right on site and we had a good experience with the restaurant for the most part. The gym is wonderful and the park has different activities you can do throughout the week. Here's the bad...For the most part everyone is nice but you do have some extremely rude and frustrating people to deal with. This place is also very clicky as you have year long residents and people who stay every winter. We unfortunately dealt with a guy we nicknamed "speed bump" who would literally follow us whenever he saw us driving. When my husband was going over the speed bumps and pressed on the gas this guy would flip out on us saying we were going over 5mph. We never did. (We have a turbo diesel so any touches to the gas pedal is loud) He would follow us to our site, block us in with his golf cart, and proceed to yell. The last time he did this he threatened to get us kicked out and then sped away on his golf cart going well over the 5mph speed limit. Our youngest daughter is 6yrs old and was outside when he did this. He doesn't want anyone going over 5mph because he has a 3yr old but it's okay for him to speed going past our site. Our daughter was very upset about the exchange that happened in front of her. He is a full time resident of the park and I believe he also works for the park. Because of him, we decided to cancel the rest of our 5 month stay and leave the park the following morning. We didn't appreciate him harassing us and making a scene in front of our children, especially our youngest who is extremely sensitive. It was better for our daughter and our family to just leave so we didn't have to put up with his harassment or threats. We didn't even make it a full month here. The other issue we had was with the trash. We got a "violation" for having it out outside of their 8am-4pm rule. This rule somehow only applied to us since everyone else had their trash out after 4pm.This park has the potential to easily be a 5 star resort with a few tweaks of maintaining the pools better and getting a handle on speed bump harassing new guests. We had FABULOUS neighbors here that we really enjoyed getting to know and the rest of the staff at the park are all super friendly. I really wish things worked out so we could have comfortably stayed through the winter.

We stopped here in our 32 foot fifth wheel heading south in October. The service is good, a staff will guide you to your site and help with backing in. The sites are close together. The biggest setup challenge is that your power, water and sewer hookups are at the back of the site. I used my sewer hose, an extension, and a small extension to get connected. That leaves an uphill flow, so you will need to work that out too. I needed to use a 50 fresh water foot hose, placed under the rig so the water doesn't get sunbaked. My 30 foot 50 amp cable just made it. My advice is to get as far back into the site as you can, if I were planning a long stay I would take off my rear rack that adds 2 feet to the length. I saw people with up to 4 extensions on their sewer. The dog park in the resort is small, good for a quick piddle. There is room on the west side of the resort to walk your dogs. You can go out the main entrance and walk in open fields to the north and west of the resort. The great thing is there are 2 dog parks in Pahrump. We went to one of them, Blosser dog park, @ 10 minutes away. See those reviews, a great place to let the dogs run. The pool is great. Laundry $2 for wash and $2 to dry. I would stay here again.

Folks this is a true Resort. Really nice people Really nice property really the only true resort in Per-ump. Enjoy i know you will 1st class people in a first class Resort . Also you can reserve a site if you see one you prefer you don’t see that . Some people dis-like that it depends on which side you are on I guess trust me you will enjoy your stay. Last thing the whole staff of employees are great an asset for the park could not ask for any better everyone seemed to enjoy there jobs and that shows by always having a smile on there face. Makes your stay so much better when everyone has a great attitude thanks so much hope to see you again.
