While the salad is still good, it's gotten to where I don't want to go anymore because of the poor service.Last time I was there, the waitress brought our food and never returned. Never came by to check that things were alright or refill drinks. She didn't even bring a check.Finally, I went to register to pay. We needed to go and it was becoming apparent that we were on our own. I stood at register for a full 5 minutes (I timed it) as a staff member danced while setting tables, like that was all she had to do; set tables. She didn't acknowledge me or get a cashier. She just set the tables and danced without a care.Service here is ridiculous and bringing it to their attention has not resolved the issue. The food is ok, as it is most any other place in town. Red Sky was very good, but the owner would close down for awhile yearly to visit her home in the Philippines, but after the devastating storms in Pahrump she shut down the restaurant and permanently returned to home. We loved Red Sky, just no longer can go.

We use to go here all the time. I was shocked to hear it was temporarily/Permanently closed!!! I didn't remember that I didn't do a review for a well deserving place. I have to say this was one of Pahrump's best restaurants for quality food. Sundays there was a buffet that was delicious!!! All you could eat Shrimp, ribs, veggies, salad, other assorted meats and desserts that were good. The hamburgers & Steaks were delicious!! What a great taste!!! The only thing bad was the service when they were very busy there maybe one waitress for all the tables, sometimes the owner would wait on tables as needed, she over looked everything. The buffet was the best though. Holidays they would have the buffet too. The restaurant was not on the main road but off on a side road with plenty of parking. Sad to see they closed. I hope it's only temporary and they reopen soon. I'd love to go back eventually to eat. Red Sky please reopen!! Pahrump needs a good restaurant like this!!!!

I always get the chicken skewer and the owner, while short and curt, gets it right, gets it fast, and she is a real down to earth lady. This is not the place for warm fuzzys from the servers, but they are efficient and I love the experience!

This place has some real good food, I love their skewers the chicken&shrimp in particular. Also their side plates are full of the freshly steamed veggies. So good. I highly recommend this place. I can't wait to go again.

I recommend the pork chops. The sides are all delicious as well. Great atmosphere, a local gem and favorite. Nice selection of craft beers. Good times and value!

We had supper here recently. It was good, as usual. I had half a rack of ribs with mashed potatoes and Asian stir fry vegetables. My wife had the Akers with steamed veggies and they were also good. Service was good. Seating was separated and we've had our COVID shots, so we felt safe.

The food is really good. Especially for the price and that it is Pahrump. The shish-kebabs and half chicken are amazing, never really had a bad meal there. Think comfort food with Hawaiian / Carribean food influence. The service can be slow at times and others have reported the owner can be difficult, just get to the point when you want to order and things go fine.
If you are Hungry, this is the place to go! Great food, big portions and reasonably priced. I love their ribs and their house special flank steak, truly awesome salads as well. I highly recommend Red Sky BBQ!

The food was good . We been there before. But as usual the service was horrible. Never going back. I don’t see why they won’t hire professional servers and out the ones they have in back washing dishes.

Food was good but service was severely lacking. Waited to be acknowledged and seated. Waited for menus. Waited for the owners wife to take our order. Apparently their menu prices fluctuate because my steak advertised at $18.99 was $22. Then they forgot the spare plate for my son so he ate his entire meal off mine. I would have asked for one but neither the waitress nor the owner’s wife ever came back to our table. The ten year old looking boy dropped off our check… and bussed the other tables, and delivered plates and refills to other tables.Apparently they close next month for the summer, and don’t know if they will be reopening, so I guess customer service doesn’t actually matter. Will I recommend or return, no.
