Terrible check in. Mint400 event with 30 or more in line and one person working check in! Terrible!!! The lady at platinum check in terribly rude!!! When we finally got checked in asked for a cart to take all our things to room...they responded “we are not letting people use them because they are not returning them to front desk” What in the world???? I have NEVER seen such crappy accommodations and what does the resort fee cover??? NEVER will I stay here again...

Some people - mostly from back east - call it a miserable excuse for pizza. I don't. It's unspectacular and reminiscent of Chartwell's, but that doesn't make it bad to me. My only real complaint is that, like everything else in this town (except the Mad Greek and the hotel rooms), it's rather overpriced.

We bought 2 ride tickets for the big roller coaster, road it once and they shut it down, but refused to refund our money for the tickets. Not to mention they were very rude!

Please do not book here. Just left after spending hours waiting for a room. They kept saying they didn't have any rooms ready. This is 11pm at night! No apologies or reasoning. Other then saying they have no one to clean the rooms. No manager came out or even tried to apologize. Kids were sleeping all along the floors. It was obscene. I finally asked for my money back and decided to drive the 3 hours home instead. We had already paid though

Had a very nice lunch at Denny's. my waiter's name was Hunter. very polite and happy go lucky. our food was delish and the service was excellent. the property was very clean. the were even cleaning the entrance way outside. the were power spraying it down. we enjoyed our visit and we will definitely tell our friends and make repeated visits. thank you.

The ceiling had holes in the hallway, our room had the paint peeling off the walls, everything was closed besides Denny's. When I called house keeping to see if I could have a extra pillow and blanket I was told no because the rooms are only allowed 2 pillows per bed. Which is completely ridiculous. If I'm paying to stay in your hotel, and spending money at the machines, there is no reason I shouldn't be able to have a extra pillow. I've been staying at this hotel since it first opened. It's completely run down now. I will absolutely not be back

5.20.18 tried to check in at 12:30 am with reservation. There was a huge line of people who were being completely ignored and kept uninformed by hotel. Staff said that everyone's rooms were being cleaned at said time (12:30 in the morning) and many children were forced to sleep in the casino lobby to the indifference of the hotel. Hotel obviously had no capability or intention of fulfilling their guests reservations, yet still tried to hold onto their customers money with their unbelievable claims that housekeeping would be preparing rooms at that time. If you loved the heartless wasteland raiders that were occupying this facility in Fallout New Vegas, you'll love making your family sleep on their casino lobby floor while Seth and Buffalo Bill steal your money and lie to your face.

Upon check-in I was told there are no non-smoking rooms available, I reserved a non-smoking room so I thought, come to find out they don't honor your reservation request like that until you're checking in. She gave us a room in Tower B first level, upon checking into the room it smelled horrible it smelled like mold, stale cigarette smoke. As a non-smoker you could imagine that would be hor
