How in the hell do you ask for a drink and the bartender claims that she's to busy to make a drink. Then I ask for grey goose and they claim they don't have anymore because it's busy. Not a excuse when I'm paying 15 dollars a drink. How do you tell a paying customer I can't make a drink is beyond me. This is honestly the worst service I have ever received in my life. This place is trash and not worth paying money to go to. Weak bartenders who don't want to do their jobs. Overall this is horrible customer service...... I would rather pay more money at a liquor store than come to this place again. Totally not worth it. They clearly are overpriced and not worth the expertise experience..... I'll make it my duty to make sure nobody comes to your establishment. I feel like I need to call bar rescue ......

The bar was ok but the night club was a NO. I have come a few times and there isn't ever really anyone in this club. At most 30 people but waiting for drinks is that much better as a result. We were here for a huge concert and didn't want to go wait in line at the after parties so we decided to come back to our hotels to hang out at Aura. It was close to midnight and inside were like 10 people if. There was atleast 22 of us, men and women equal amounts. We were denied entry because one of our guys were wearing pants with an elastic waist band, the dockers type. The bartender was arguing with the bouncer and demanding to give us entry but the bouncer refused to let us in. I am sure the bartender wanted to make some money that night. But I guess, elastic waist bands are considered sports gear in their eyes.... That is what the bouncer said. Our options were to leave him out or go change. No thanks, already a VIBE killer. I get it, if the night was too busy and he was straight up out of the dress code, but seriously.... There were like 10 people inside who were wearing sneakers and dots over their nipples as their tops. You would think they would want to fill up their club with people so they would get business. I guess not. So we went upstairs to the other club, who had atleast 100 people there, and they let us in with out a hitch... Music was great and the ambiance and vibe was better anyway.

The staff here is very attentive and makes sure that you always have a drink. But they will also kindly leave you alone if you are good. Nice spot for a drink.

Awesome place when your in Reno and need to dance the nite away with a full bar and the cover to get inside is really reasonable. Worth going. The staff is friendly, the music from the DJ is amazing and the security there does watch out should anything bad happens and handles it an a proper manner.

I got the best highlights I have ever had. Nice and thin, looks very natural. Everyone else’s hair that was done when I was there looked great too! On top of very artful techniques they used, everyone there is so friendly!

Came here because there's a club named Aura back home. Decided to check it out and see what the "hype" was all about. It is downstairs in silver legacy and to my surprise, it is very small. Everyone can see one another and the "tables" for bottle service weren't that extravagant. I came for st. Patty's day and drink specials were not even that great. Sure, the green beer was cool.
