My daughter turned 3 and so my husband and I decided to treat her to have ice cream at baskin Robbins for the first time! It was a Sunday night around 930 and it was pretty busy but the wait wasn't too long. I grew up with my parents taking my brother and I to baskin robins and I'm happy to share this with my daughter!As soon as you walk in, the smell of sweetness hits your nose, a very nostalgic feeling! As she walked past all the flavors, She was excited to see all the ice cream behind the glass and of course she wanted chocolate! We got a scoop of chocolate on cake cone and it didn't disappoint. The look she gave as soon as she was given the ice cream cone was priceless! Definitely a core memory made for her. She ate the whole thing with the assistance of me and her dad of course!The chocolate flavor is what you would expect, simple and sweet. Smooth ice cream texture, not icy. Growing up I used to order rainbow sherbet so I always make it a point to always look for that flavor! It's nice to come back to a childhood ice cream shop that hasn't changed for the most part over the yearsWe will definitely be back!

On a hot Saturday night,, an ice cream sounded great .This BR has been here for 20 years or so...a good location cause there are NO other ice cream places around.,,(Wedge Parkway)They usually have an ok selection of ice cream,,, they get what they get...But it never seems very clean,, tables have ice cream on them,,, floors have ice cream spots ,,, had to use several napkins to clean a table so we could sit down..Young employees seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else but working here.Young lady was talking to guy friend most of the time we were there,,,,,,, so I'm saying,,,, just clean up the place.I'm

I purchased a larger cake from the premade freezer at this location. We went to the Carson location, and they had a smaller cake that we wanted. I was told I can return the other cake but would have to go back to the original location to return it. When I tried to return the cake they told me "we make our own rules, we are franchised". Would not do anything to help, now I purchased 2 cakes and cannot return either. The cake is probably good but I just needed a small one and now I have 4x the cake that was needed and bad customer service

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!! I never leave these kinds of reviews, but I was shocked at gown poorly I was treated by BOTH employees. Would NOT recommend.

I had a quick and easy to grab an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday and the quality was great. Of course when I brought it home, everyone loved how it looked and once we sliced in, it was very tasty.

The two boys working at this location tonight are TERRIBLE at their job. Headphones in and can't even make a milkshake. The one I got was 90% milk and a couple scoops of ice cream. It was chocolate milk basically. These kids need to be fired. Like c'mon Baskin Robbins, these kids are ruining this ice cream staple.
When you specialize in ice cream cakes, forgetting to make one for a 7 year olds birthday party is totally unacceptable. Your store manager needs some serious customer relations training as well as an understanding of how to prioritize the day and ensure orders are met. Having her only response to me be 'I'll give you a refund' is ridiculous. The only person to attempt an apology was the cashier who had nothing to do with the situation and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the cake I took home in lieu of the one I ordered was pretty good and the kids were happy. We will be sure to not use your services in the future.

Paid $4 for a chocolate dipped banana and all they did was throw a banana in the bag with my two ice creams that were broken open and spilled all over. Second terrible experience with these lazy employees.

Google should consider allowing us to rate businesses like this place ZERO.They charged us extra to add a photo to the cake a week ahead. When we picked it up they gave us plain cake with nothing on it.Their excuse was that they have never received a photo ,BIG LIE !!!!!We sent the photo to 2 email addresses they provided.If you don't receive it, well, you had our contact info, why didn't you call us???Poor customer service from a bunch of rude kids.SHAME ON YOU FOR DESTROYING PEOPLE'S PARTIES.

Never clean, I come every now and then and I have never seen it clean. Not just not clean, but extremely dirty. I can't eat inside because I never want to sit on the chairs they're so dirty. Service is just okay. They don't greet you or smile or just anything, but they're not exactly rude so? However it's all kids and I have yet to see an adult manager or any for that matter. Nor have I seen any adult period. I wouldn't recommend unless you don't care about unwashed bare hands in an extremely dirty environment touching your food.
