I got a chicken burrito. My chicken was very undercooked. I asked for extra sour cream and they didn’t put any. It was cold and the shell was hard. It was dry. And just nasty over all.

Beto's food is always off the hook. They have excellent chefs and they have an excellent menu and they have great ingredients. There's service leaves a lot to be desired. If you do not speak Spanish, you can be expected to be treated like a second class citizen. Guess what we live in the United States it's called America we don't need to speak Spanish to go to beto's to be served properly.

Very authentic. The food is as close as you will get it in Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico. Staff always friendly and as far as I know this is family owned and operated.

I ordered chili poblano and it took aGood 40 min to arrive and it came cold. The service was poor.Their portions were tiny and prices were large.When a Mexican restaurant doesn’t offer their guests free salsa and chips, it means you should go the other way and this place is no exception to that.I do not recommend this place.
