Please update the Yelp information for this location. Yelp says this location is open until 9:00 pm. It was not. My wife had her heart set on Gelato.

Cute Little Kiosk, Inside West Street Market. They have a rotation of flavors monthly, Sorbet, Gelato, Vegan selection. The taste is so fresh and delicious, made from healthy natural ingredients. You get A LOT for what you pay for. Be sure to try before you buy and ask for samples. It’s a great way to try their unique flavors. The staff, is very nice and helpful. Always service with a smile. The line can be long during Friday & Saturday Nights. Well Worth the wait.

This location is never open. The gelato is great but their hours are inconsistent and hit or miss.

A smaller coffee and gelato kiosk located in a beautiful red bricked square. It has the usual great coffee flavors and styles one would expect. There is also a selection of unusually flavored gelato that may make your taste buds curious or they have the standard flavors that will make your taste buds happy.

Popped in curious about the gelato flavors and they did not disappoint. I got the honey-lavender gelato which tasted as it sounds. I had a cold press coffee that had no bitterness but not watered down with the ice. In and outdoor seating. After 6pm there was a full jazz band. What a treat!

Order - Cold brew iced coffee, dirty chai latte with alternative milks, or iced Bibo! Or just plain black coffee Bibo's roasts their own beautiful coffee, always has cool music playing, cool art on the walls, and cool people working their. Much cooler than I can ever hope to be, but I like to just bask in it whenever I can. It was my haunt in college and is nearly my exclusive local coffee choice. Loooooveee!!!!!

Tucked in the back of a cute little food court, the gelato coffee shop has six different varieties of vegan flavors. Reminds me of scoops LA with its homey touches on the gelato and ambiance. Four stars because I've had better gelato flavors. The gelato temperature and texture are five stars but the flavors make it four stars. Do check out the other vegan gluten-free joints next door.

Visited on a Sunday night. A/C not working. Sullen teen wait help. 4 of us are obviously ordering and teen refuses to say that we can taste samples. We had to ask for samples. I got a single scoop of gelato stratticia (sp) that was great and tasted like flaked chocolate chip. Excellent product. I will go to midtown location next time.

Top notch service and such tasty and plentiful options. Try the honey lavender or bourbon cherry

Nope! Rude rushed service and an unsweetened latte. Thanks a lot. That's all I have to say.

Nice coffee shop downtown. Stopped in for some iced drinks on a hot day. Got an iced oat milk latte, iced mocha, and iced chai. Everything was pretty good but just a heads up the oat milk is a little thinner than usual and so the espresso taste comes through a lot more than some places! Not a bad thing..just different. We resisted the temptation of getting gelato although it looked super good! Maybe next time.

I was with my aunt and uncle getting gelato in the middle of last summer. We were waiting for a nice cold treat after walking down the Truckee River. Sadly, we waited 20 minutes before we got served. It turns out the lady at the counter was out and about getting food for herself. But when we did get served, the clerk just rolled her eyes scooping. I later asked where the spoons are, and she rolled her eyes again. Maybe the clerk just had a bad day, but when your at work serving customers, attitude is everything. The one positive I will give it is that the gelato is good. I hate to be so negative for the most part, but customer service is everything. I dunno if they fired that clerk (can't remember her name) or not but I can tell she's one of those young dissatisfied service people that hate their lives. As someone who normally tips service people, this was not an experience that I would gladly tip. Message to those working service jobs, nobody is going to tip negative, cynical kids who don't want to serve others. If you wanna be a Squidward, live in a cardboard box and ask for spare change. Don't show up as a pessimist with an attitude. There's a Bibo on Center midtown on Reno. If you want good-tasting gelato, I'd advise that place over this one. That place has better service overall.
