Gentleman was drinking his beverage at the POS to take order. Other employee took forever to make one sandwich and when the other man called it out he called my sandwich something else instead of by what it was, grilled Italian. Then he started to hand it to me without putting in bag to go. UGH! Capriotti’s has gone downhill at numerous locations in Reno/Sparks. Just awful! Won’t be back! ?

The food is normally always great here. I'vecame multiple times with the ladies are working and they always do an amazing job! , hHowever the customer service was horrible this time. The guy infront didn't even know how to put into the system grilled cheese sandwich, because of that I was over charged for my meal. I normally pay 5.80 max with tax and this time I paid almost 12 dollars for my meal and I always got a drink and chips. This time it was only sandwhich with the tomatoe soup kids meal and it was $12. Would not come back due to the customer service

Wish I could give 6 stars for service. Our server was helpful, patient, and efficient despite dealing with two tired families with four kids who arrived unsure of what they wanted. Sandwiches were great, and we love that kids get a free grilled cheese with a sandwich purchase. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re visiting.Given how close they are to the airport, everyone should stop here on their way out of town.

Three nights in a row they closed at least 15 minutes early from their posted hours...on the fourth night, they weren't even open "due to the weather" -- even though every other business around them was open. Kind of pathetic really.

This location on Plumb St. makes way better sandwiches than the one on Keitske Ln in Reno. We just had a delicious perfect Capistrami sandwich. Please let the Mgr know. Very very good! We will go here from now on.
